    Super easy checkout and great place!

    Clean place with plenty of room and didn’t have a whole lot to do for check out like a lot of the others I have stayed in! Will definitely use again when we come back!

    Wonderful Condo

    One of the best we have ever stayed at. Clean, organized had everything we needed. Conveniently located. Have a very relaxing and fun week. Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice condo centrally located in the building that made it easy to walk out our door down 1 flight of steps right out to pools or beach. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved the fact that the frontage looking out to the gulf waters was about 35 ft windows floor to ceiling. We had a fantastic week at Pelican Walk at Panama City Beach

I loved the colors and the interior decorating of our condo. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub. We had a great stay and the service was great. We will come back again.

    Not our best trip

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Refrigerator in 207 was hot on arrival, I dont feel like condo explained why it was hot, we were told to just not put a lot in there until tomorrow, we had already gone to the store and spent a lot of money on cold stuff that doesn't travel well. If they would have just told us the cleaning crew turns off the fridge for 2 to 3 hours after cleaning it out we would understand the problem with it.I felt brushed off since it was after hours, next door condo had a water heater leak so maintenance had to place two big fans in one bedroom, it was very loud with cords and hoses running everywhere. Down grade was offered to a one bedroom but no refund offered for nights disturbed with the loud fans. We paid a lot of money for one week for 4 people so a down grade wouldn't have worked The coffee pot leaked all over the counter when you made coffee, towel bars in guest bath was coming detached from the wall. We have stayed at the Pelican walk every summer for more than 15 years and this is the first time to have so many issues here. Great location and calmer area but questioning if we want to return at this moment! We enjoyed the beach, weather, restaurants and activities. We had to adapt and adjust to enjoy our vacation, I guess it could have been much worse.

Short Boardwalk so just few steps to the sand! Clean quiet condo complex with great pickleball courts! Stumbled upon this place last year w a friend and will continue to stay here. Most importantly— this is miles away from the PC party crowd!
