Welcome to Vista Del Lago! Whether you're looking for a lake getaway with friends or an amazing family vacation, Vista Del Lago has everything you'll need for a stay that you will remember. Located by Mile Marker 1 right off the main channel, you'll take in beautiful views and lake life experiences only minutes from the Bagnell Dam, shopping, dining, marinas, and the strip!

The house provides GORGEOUS main channel views and access to a private dock via a series of stairs. The home features 3 decks off the back. One is located off the master, the second deck is located of the second bedroom, and the third is accessible from main living space. Deck Life at Vista Del Lago is the perfect place in the morning and evening as the lake winds down. Swing at our custom bar or grill an amazing meal for all to enjoy. Venture to the dock to enjoy fishing, sunning with main channel views, relaxing on the floats & swim mat, or enjoy boating with your private boat slip. Location Description
Located at Mile Marker 1 on the North Shore, Vista Del Lago is just 6 minutes from the Bagnell Dam, the strip, shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The Neon Taco is located directly across the lake. The HyVee, Wal-Mart, health care, and a wide variety of restaurants are within 15 mins or less!

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads up to the drive of the Vista Del Lago. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Lake Haus

Had a great stay. This property is located close to great golf courses, which is why stayed here. All the amenities provided, including in-room Keurigs was great.

Very good rental

Overall a very nice property but there were definitely some things that could be improved. We had two couples and a family of four stay during our visit and although we had to get a little creative on the bedroom arrangements it worked out nicely. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows and beds were pretty comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging out on the dock and deck. We cooked two family meals during the stay and the rental had all of the items needed. We had trouble figuring out how to use the tv the first night and tried calling/texting for help. We got a response back after awhile but they just had us send a picture of the remote and we didn’t hear anything back until the next day around noon. On the second day the wifi suddenly started saying incorrect password. Annoying it took several hours to figure it out but they were much more responsive helping us troubleshoot it. There was no dock fridge as was pictured in the listing and the excuse was they lost electricity to the dock during a recent storm but the outlets were working when we were there. There are 112 stairs to the dock so having a fridge down there would have been nice! We left a note but wanted to make sure someone know the main coffee pot in the kitchen needs descaled- it won’t brew. Installing handles on the sliding glass doors would be a great improvement. They’re very difficult to open and close.

This was a nice property. Easy access to the house from lake and road. Close proximity to popular establishments. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property as well as the upkeep. Many things on the dock and outside are unsafe and need to be updated. If you are planning to float or swim off the dock, take note that its on the main channel and is pretty rough.
