Beautiful one bedroom condo apartment located on the 14th floor, offering magical ocean views as you step foot inside. New totally refurbished apartment ideal for a romantic getaway.
As you enter the apartment, you will notice a well-balanced mix of modern furniture. The interior is light and airy, with an open-concept design that includes a super comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The dining room features a design table with seating for four, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen.
Appliances and utensils such as an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.

The rustic and vintage style of the apartment will lift your spirits and put you at ease. The bedroom has a super comfortable king bed with the highest quality mattress to make your stay unforgettable. It also features an Italian-style bathroom shower and tactile mirror to make your stay more enjoyable.

This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach, which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Maho beach is also a 5 minutes drive where you will find all the planes taking off. The complex is also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Very nice property and a great place to spend a week.

View is absolutely stunning. Apartment is nice and clean and well equipped for what we needed. We had 3 people and the one bedroom with pullout couch was adequate. But next time we would probably get a 2 bedroom. Overall a very nice and relaxing vacation. The TV had no local channels However, when internet was up Netflicks, etc... worked fine.
