Come to Quittin' Time 30A, clock out, and unwind in the heart of Scenic Hwy 30! We are located directly across the street from The Big Chill (formerly the HUB).
Quittin' Time is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome located right on Hwy 30A in Promience North.
Kitchen: We offer a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, blenders, toaster, Crock Pot, coffee maker with K-cup single cup brewer and carafe are just a few of the kitchen amenities we have. We have seating for 6 at the dining room table and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath downstairs.
Living area: Bright, airy, comfortable living area downstairs with Smart TV and access for ROKU to stream all your favorites. We have high speed fiber WIFI throughout the unit that will allow streaming or gaming. We also have a selection of board games/cards/card games for those rainy days or game nights.
Back Porch: located right off the dining room. Overlooks the nature preserve so it is a perfect, quiet, place for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening.
UPSTAIRS:
Master Bedroom: well appointed master bedroom with huge king bed and memory foam mattress. Large closet to store all your belongings. Master overlooks the nature preserve too for ultimate privacy. Smart TV available for streaming.
Master Bathroom: double vanities with amazing luxury shower. The water pressure and double shower heads (one rainfall) will have make you feel like you have your own luxury spa experience.
2nd Bedroom: The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv for streaming, and plenty of closet storage space for your belongings.
3rd Bedroom: The 3rd bedroom has two sets of Pottery Barn twin over twin bunks purchased December 2023. Bottom bunks have 12” luxury plush mattresses that easily sleep adults or teens. Top bunks sleep two more children for a total of 4 guests in the bunk room. Drawers underneath offer storage, as well as plenty of closet space to fully unpack.
Upstairs bathroom: Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hallway bathroom with plenty of bath towels, hair dryer, and combo tub/shower.
***All rentals will come with a starter set of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags to get your vacation started.***
Garage: there is parking for two cars in the driveway. No street parking is allowed. Any beach toys, equipment, chairs, in the garage are available for renters use. We currently have beach chairs, coolers, beach wagon, umbrellas and an assortment of beach toys. As renters leave items, we will add them back for everyone to enjoy, so items may vary.
Our community has a beautiful pool and our unit it just 1 block (about 150 steps) away. During the months of March, April, November, and December the pool is heated to a balmy 85 degrees!
There is a 2nd pool on the south side of the property near the Big Chill. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy!
Quittin' Time is located 5 minutes from the newly renovated Deer Lake State Park Beach access. There are also multiple beach accesses available along 30A all within easy biking, driving, or golf cart distance.
Quittin' Time is fully furnished such that you just need to bring your family and personal items and enjoy your week at the beach! We have an assortment of beach items you are free to use.
We also have a private golf cart rental provider (30A Gulf Carts) who will deliver a 6 seater golf cart at the beginning of your stay, and pick it up at the end of your stay, for an optional extra fee. Ask for additional information if you'd like to add this to your vacation! Prices run about $850 for a 7 day week for a 6 seater. Our unit is priced comparatively with others that offer this with the rental so that the price is roughly the same to rent from us and rent a cart versus a unit that comes with a cart. Bike rentals are also available right across the street at Frankies Bike Shop.
BEACH ACCESSES: Some of the best beach access points for Prominence guests are just a short bike ride or golf cart drive away from your front door. DEER LAKE STATE PARK:
This state park is roughly half a mile away from Prominence (about a five-minute golf cart ride). Upon arrival, you will see a small parking lot that requires an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian/bicyclist/extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten minute walk. Click the video below to see the beautiful walk to this beach access point! Be sure to get there early, as there is limited parking and they will close the entrance once it is full. Beach service is not provided here.
WALTON DUNES:
Located 2.5 miles from Prominence, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach. To get there, take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts. Beach service is provided here from local vendors.
SANTA CLARA:
Santa Clara Regional Beach Access is located in Seagrove, 3.5 miles from Prominence. This beach access has parking, restrooms, ADA ramps, beach service, and lifeguards during peak season.
GULF LAKES:
The beach access at Gulf Lakes is half a mile east of Prominence. There is bike parking, a shower, and beach service provided here. There are no restrooms or parking for cars.
***Primary Renter must be 25 years old, no exceptions. We reserve the right to decline reservations if the majority of the party isn’t 25 or older if it is for an event, party, or during Spring Break. No events or parties may be held at the property without express approval from the owners in writing. All requests must include the name and age of all guests, a copy of the ID of the person responsible for the reservation, and by booking the guest is in agreement to sign our rental agreement which is uploaded for review. Failure to do any of the above will result in immediate denial or cancellation of the reservation/reservation request.***
