Summary:
Luxury one-bedroom loft in the heart of downtown Dundee. Newly renovated 125-year-old building with timber ceilings, exposed brick walls and beautifully restored hardwood floors. Tastefully decorated and features a king-size Beautyrest mattress, luxury bed linen, private bathroom, kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker and lightning fast Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows on the 60â LED smart TV. 124 LOFTS offers 4 separate luxury lofts. Loft 2 is our most spacious.
The Space:
The building was built in 1893 and over the years has housed a department store, menâs clothing store and photography studio. In 2018 the property was completely rehabbed and now offers a charming coffee and donut shop on the first floor and boutique hotel on the second floor. Free parking is offered in nearby municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offers the freedom and convenience of self-check-in with key-less entry. Please note that due to the age and historic nature of the property there is no elevator and access requires walking up a flight of stairs. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers
Guest Access:
Entrance is on Main Street. Our remote lock system allows the convenience of a contactless check-in and check-out.
The Neighborhood:
124 LOFTS is centrally located in historic downtown Dundee. The entire downtown district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Youâre just steps away from plenty of dining options and nightlife. Stop next door to Emmettâs Brewing Co. and enjoy a bite to eat and one of their award-winning brews or catch a live show a few doors down at the RocHaus. We are also just a 2 minute drive from "The BRIX on the Fox" wedding reception venue. Downtown Dundee also offers a pleasant riverwalk and the Fox River bike trail which both wind their way alongside the Fox River. 124 LOFTS is a perfect home base for exploring all that the Fox River Valley has to offer. If looking for more lodging options, check out our sister properties just steps away and right next door - Kildahl House and Sinclair Suites.
Getting Around:
Our location is conveniently located 3 miles north of Interstate 90 and 5 miles to the closest Metra Train station. Uber, Lyft, and PACE public busses are all available. We are a quick 30 minutes from Chicago's O-Hare International Airport.
Free parking is offered steps away in one of many municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offers the convenience of self-check-in with keyless entry. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
Other Things to Note:
Each individual loft offers a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, Keurig machine and an undercounter refrigerator. It does not have an oven or a stovetop. Loft 2 is our biggest and most spacious loft.

We only live a few blocks away. If you encounter any problems or if thereâs anything you need weâre a text or phone call away.
