Welcome to Mike's Piazza! Located in the heart of downtown Charleston on Rutledge Ave, one of Charleston's main thoroughfares, this gorgeous southern charm smart home has all of the modern conveniences one would ever need - including a hammock! Walk to amazing, award-winning restaurants and bars in the ever-evolving, hip scene in the Cannonborough and Elliotborough neighborhoods. Walking and biking distance to MUSC and College of Charleston and literally one mile from the top or bottom of the downtown peninsula, there is nowhere you will need to go downtown that you couldn't access in less than 10 minutes, including the famous King Street. This home is fully furnished and all utilities are included. Kitchen features granite countertops, tiled backsplash, stainless refrigerator with filtered water, stove, above-range microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Cozy living room with a 82" smart TV for views from the porch. French doors leading to an open office space with a motorized stand up desk that will be perfect if you are working remote. Bedroom is spacious with a new king sized bed & features a custom closet. Hardwood and tiled floors throughout. Separate laundry room equipped with a washer & dryer. Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours prior to arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. In case of any technical issues, a physical key will be available on-site as a backup.

Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
