We are grateful to share that this beautiful condo is Guest Ready starting February. We are excited to start taking reservations again! The pool is open for your use and enjoyment.
Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate as they recover. Many businesses have already reopened and are eager to welcome You!
Please note - renovation work is underway on first-floor units.
This is an upstairs condo with Intercostal water views. The interior is bright and spacious with an open concept. It features two couches (regular & sleeper), TV, dining table and a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower & tub. The bedroom is large, window view and ample closet space. The balcony is has a bistro patio set to enjoy pool and water views. Sunsets, manatees and bird life are bountiful and of you can bring your rod and fish from the Dock.
There is 1 marked parking spot available with the condo that is located directly downstairs from the unit. It is available for 1 passenger sized car.
The unit is on the 2nd floor with access via staircase.
Guests have access to the condo, the pool, the outdoor picnic tables & 1 parking space, and shared laundry room.
You will be able to access our condo through an electronic lock with a personalized door code. I live within the beach community and available to help you if a situation arises. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, readily available when needed.
Located in a quiet Treasure Island neighborhood just a block away from Gulf Blvd. Public beach access is a 5 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and bars are plentiful within a mile for all your social and relaxation needs. Treasure Island has a beautiful stretch of beach for walking, proximity to St Petersburg & Tampa, or our neighboring beaches of St Pete Beach and Madeira Beach.
Free Beach Ride is a free door-to-door shuttle service offered on Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach and Pass-a-Grille - just call them and they'll come pick you up - just be sure to tip the driver!
Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you don't have a vehicle. Many of our guests do rent a car to give options for exploring the area, but some beach-goers opt not to rent a car and walk or use a number of alternate transportation options.
Pubix supermarket is less than 1 mile away.
This is a small complex with several year round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. This is not designed as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy. We ask guests to be respectful of the peaceful community and those around you.
The pool is not heated but is warm with Florida sun most of the time.
Please Note House Rules! By booking this home, you are agreeing to the following rules:
Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.
Maximum Occupancy 4 persons within the home at any time.
No Parties! No Gatherings!
No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.
No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.
Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
