This was the perfect place for a front row seat to the Rhythm and Roots festival. It was a very lovely space and comfortable stay. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Super easy check-in, parking was a breeze, right on State Street (close to all the restaurants you need) and an easy drive to the Hard Rock Casino.We'll absolutely stay here again.

This place was wonderful! Very spacious and comfortable for my family. Probably one of the best stocked palaces…had plenty of towels, paper products, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Christopher’s place was very clean…such a beautiful place to stay!!

The property was great. It was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. It is in a perfect location and is in the middle of restaurants and bars.Our check in and check out directions were very detailed and super easy to follow. I would definitely recommend staying here if it is available. I will definitely be coming back to Bristol and can only hope this property will be available again next time I am in town.

Beautiful loft in the heart of downtown Bristol!This was my fourth time staying here, and at this point it truly feels like home. The loft is beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. It overlooks State Street and is so convenient to everything downtown—you can walk to restaurants, shops, music, and pretty much anything you need.The loft has everything you could want for a comfortable stay, whether you want to cook and settle in or just enjoy being able to walk out the door and be right in the middle of Bristol. The huge TV is a bonus, the Wi-Fi works great, and the host is attentive, responsive, and wonderful to communicate with.I have family in Bristol and have stayed in plenty of places over the years, but I keep coming back to this one. Honestly, I’d live here if I could. 10/10. I absolutely recommend this lovely loft to anyone looking for a little more space, all the comforts of home, and a fantastic downtown location.

My family was visiting Bristol for the weekend and we were looking for something a little bigger and nicer than getting 2 hotel rooms. I can’t express how satisfied we were with this downtown Bristol loft. It was very roomy wile offering all the necessities and more. The cleanliness of the entire loft was a 10 out of 10. We will be looking to stay here more often when we travel to Bristol even if we do not need the extra bedroom.

Nice loft located on State Street near all of the great eats, shopping and bars. If you have business in the downtown area of Bristol, this is a great location.

Great Spot in Bristol

This loft is located downtown on State street. Great spot with all sorts of entertainment and restaurants in easy walking distance. The loft is well laid out, appointed well and with two large room and a pull out there is plenty of room. My kids and I had a great time exploring Bristol from here!

The location was amazing. It was a bit loud on Saturday night because of the bar below, but that was expected. Super clean, spacious, and has evening you need. Ideal for four people and easy access to everything down town has to offer.Would definitely recommend and wilWould definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! Chris was so helpful and accommodating, even providing a pack and play for our son. The location is excellent—very walkable to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We were initially a little concerned about public parking, but there were always spots available, so it was never an issue. Chris also gave a detailed picture of where parking was available. The bar downstairs wasn’t noisy at all and didn’t bother us. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Downtown Bristol

Check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and easy to find. Parking was not an issue however I did arrive late at night. If it was a more busy time however parking wouldnt be an issue i dont think considering how much public parking there is. Just may be a little bit more of a walk but that is not an issue personally. Would definitely stay again.
