Enjoy a fun and relaxing time at the beach in this centrally located condo! Across from beach access. Walk to the Pier, arcade, restaurants, and more. Fully renovated, all new, clean, private balcony, full kitchen, beach chairs, and games! Couch pulls out to a queen, king in bedroom, TV/ Roku and ceiling fans in both rooms, comfy bedding. Shared pool, grilling area, car/golf cart parking. Washer and dryer on premises. Fun and easy!

*pack n play available, but unit is not fully child proofed*

More details:
2 parking spaces included. The condo is just a stroll away from the pier, bars, restaurants, and shops. Quick drive to the grocery store and all the attractions in the area.
The living space and kitchen are fully equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, Keurig, KitchenAid mixer, and more.
Other amenities include a hairdryer, iron, and clothes steamer for your use. We have books, games, playing cards, 2 beach chairs, beach toys, and a record player to enjoy.
The couch pulls out to a queen, and we have a pillow top to add to it for extra comfort if needed.
Shared washers and dryers are just down the hall.
While we encourage a good time, there are residents living there full time, so please be respectful in terms of noise.

Great Stay!

We absolutely enjoyed the property and even more enjoyed the host! She was very fast in reply and had shown concern for us when a tropical storm was coming through! We greatly appreciated her and the place as well!

Love Love Loved

My wife and I were here for 2024 Bike Week and we absolutely loved the place. Perfect for the 2 of us with everything you could need. Including an at home feel that you don’t get just anywhere. Close to all the hot spots for Bike Week. Looking forward to future stays. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful Coastal Getaway!

From the moment we stepped in, relaxation set in. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Beach access directly across the street and within walking distance to The Pier at Garden City. Shopping and other necessities were very close driving distance. Owners communicated quickly and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home!! Hopefully we can come back!!

Perfect condo for small family

This property is beyond clean. It had absolutely no sand anywhere to be found. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and toiletries in the bathroom. The mattress in the bedroom was super comfortable to us as well. Communication with the host was excellent. This is a great condo and you’ll be very happy here.

Just okay

My husband and our small daughter stayed here for 5 nights. Upon arrival (and throughout our stay) it smelled like smoke. Other than that it appeared clean. The kitchen was missing key items such as a toaster and serving/mixing bowls, but they had about 40 glasses for a 1 bedroom and a kitchen aid mixer, which I guess they thought was more essential than a toaster. The only other issue was with parking. Often times we'd arrive home, with no where to park, which I had never experienced at a rental. Other than that, it was ok.

Prime Location

Sarah had great communication and provided everything that was needed. Plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything. Ocean view from the balcony was my favorite!

Clean and cute!

We were in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament and this listing was perfect for us. Extremely clean (and I am picky!), fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels and bedding made this a comfortable home base for my myself, my husband, and 12 year old son. Please note - 2nd floor and no elevator means 4 short flights up. Don’t pack too much! Great value and excellent communication from Sarah. Beach was a quick walk across the street - very convenient. Would 100% stay again.

Clean yes communication with owner great . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone older to many stairs . And it is older unit I think I’m spoiled But for the price it’s good

We are from the Garden City/ Murrells Inlet area, so we know how fun and beautiful it is! We purchased this property so we could visit and enjoy family, and we hope to share the great space with others as well.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This condo is unique in that it is so close to all the fun and attractions of the area, but still quiet and relaxing. It's directly across from the beach, but off set from the road so it still feels private. Your neighbors are friendly and easy, and the complex and pool feel spacious. Really the best of both worlds.
