The beach a condo is built up on a seawall and is good for sunbathing only, public beach is next door at Norreigo Point beach. ****June 2023-Construction began on Norriego Point beach. They are adding a dock to the harbor side. Beach access is still available. See details in the picture section of this listing.

Destin Water Taxi is located across the street for easy access to restaurants on the harbor. (Seasonal from March to October)

East Pass 202 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on beautiful holiday aisle, between the Destin Harbor and East Pass. Relax on the extended balcony with unbelievable views of the most beautiful sunsets. You’ll be able to see boats and dolphins passing by while relaxing on the balcony. This view is also available in both bedrooms and the living room with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, recessed lighting, a breakfast bar with stools, a mini-fridge, a dining area and an extra outdoor patio table for dining outside. The spacious master bedroom has private balcony access with views of the pool and East Pass, new king mattress as of January 2023 and Travertine tile bath/shower combo with double sinks and granite counters. The guestroom with queen bed also has balcony access with views of the pool and East Pass. The guest bathroom has a shower with Travertine tile and spacious granite countertop. In the living room, there are two comfortable high-end reclining couches with charging stations, lights and cupholders. This beautiful condo sleeps six comfortably.

East pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, a grill and picnic area, and a full exercise room. The beach at East pass towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven’t been to holiday Isle, you’re in for a treat. It’s a serene little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 1/2 miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It’s just minutes away from restaurant, shopping boat docks, fishing, golf and amusement. Once you stay in holiday isle, you want to come back year after year.

This property is not available to adult under the age of 25 and pets are not allowed: no exceptions

Essentials Amenities include toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dish soap, and trash bags. A few of each item are provided to get your trip started.
Guest are provided with 4 towels, 4 wash clothes, 4 hand towels per bathroom.
All bed linens will be provided for beds
No Beach towels or beach chairs are provided.

The unit is Owner managed -No middleman management company so you get personal service at a reduced price.

Low monthly winner rates, available for Guest over 25. Snowbirds season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate is 2850 per month plus taxes/fees. Monthly rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee.

East pass is situated in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isles furthest point overlooking the famous Destin bridge, East Pass, Destin harbor, the jetties, and the Gulf of Mexico, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, Wave Runner and paddleboard rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1750 square-foot soft play area with various creatures from the Sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva chocolates, AMC movie theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
