Poor communication

There were problems in unit — biggest was microwave did not work. We reached out 4 times, but no response. That was disappointing. We had to buy batteries for remote control. The overall property was very nice and convenient.

no porch chairs

The apartment was just right and I enjoyed the view. Stocked just fine . My only complaint: I did not like the lack of porch chairs as that is the main thing I love about seascape- is just sitting on the porch in a high chair to see above the railing. There was no table on the porch as depicted in the pictures. Every other condo there I have been in has these amenities.

Great location, but won't stay again.

Overall, the condo was in a great location with wonderful walk-out access to the beach. However, there were many unsatisfactory items which will cause us not to stay there again. These are as follows: lack of towels - 6 towels for 6 people for 4 days is not sufficient; 1 kitchen hand towel; lack of toilet paper - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 days is not sufficient; lack of saran wrap, aluminum foil, freezer bags and sandwich bags; and lack of a can opener. The vacume and outlets in the kitchen didn't work, and the doorknob to the deck was almost falling off. The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. The beds were very old, mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable, and the sofa bed barely worked. This condo is too small for 6 people. It was evident to us that the owners wanted to cram as many beds as possible into the smallest condo possible in order to maximize their profits. In addition, the resort staff was rude when asked for more toilet paper, saying "whatever is in your unit is what you get." We will not be staying there again.
