Perfect location!! Super walkable to all the shops, beach and restaurants!! We had a blast having my bachelorette party here. Only disappointment was the grill that is a part of the outside kitchen does not work, we had to use the other grill located down stairs. I wish this was communicated prior to our arrival. We had to figure that out ourselves. Also, there was a lot of leaves and sand in the pool. Other than those two things, great experience! Super accommodating to early check in as well.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a great review. Yes, the grill on the porch is disconnected. We wish you would have let us know about the pool. We service them weekly and could have had an additional clean done. Thanks, Sato Real Estate.

Great location and loved the home. Ceiling fans would be great, especially for the bunk bed room, but certainly will not hinder us from booking again.

Spring break @ Sea Jay

We had a wonderful experience at Sea Jay. The house had everything we needed during our stay and was as described. A short walk to enjoy the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island.

Perfect Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property - four teenagers and two adults. We all loved the location on the canal for paddleboarding, fish, bird and manatee watching. The beach access is only one block away and is easily accessible. Highly recommend this property!

Great location and quick response time

This is an excellent location on the north end of the island, just a couple blocks from the beach. The canal on the back was great for animal and people watching. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a couple minor issues that were addressed very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved this house! It was perfect for 6 adults and two little. The beds were so comfortable. Great location 5-7 min easy walk. The pool was awesome. I will mention that there are no ‘extras’…meaning coffee filters, spices, leftover olive oil, bags, beach accessories. That wouldn’t keep us from coming back. We still very much loved this house and our stay and hope to return!

Ideal location - quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, shops,

Great stay, loved the house and area. Like the natural setting and view from screened porch. Rooms were great and everyone on one level was fun. Only a few downsides: Pool was way smaller than the images led us to believe. Needs a few little upgrades like towel hooks in main washroom, board games, and a bonus is having coffee filters provided by the owner. Add that to what you already have and this place is amazing. Thanks for a lovely visit to AMA.

Overall this is a nice place. Good location, great parking, right on the canal! The house in general is in decent shape - there are a few things that were not functional, it appeared that were not listed - the ice maker was not functional (leading to have to buy bags of ice for the week). It appeared that the grill outside on the second floor was not functional based on the visual condition. The guest bathroom tub didn't drain well - probably needs cleaning. The dishwasher basket is broken as well, which made stacking dishes in it a challenge. One of the ceiling fans on the back patio was not working. From a perspective of cleanliness - there were a few pests that were observed during our stay - probably needs pest control since this is Florida. Property owner should probably take a look at where the AC compressor is mounted outside as some of the boards that are holding it up look like the are ready to fall out. This could be a safety hazard. We had an issue with the pocket door in the guest bathroom - it was off of the track. The property manager was great - they responded quickly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. It would seem that the property owner needs to put a little money into the property though, based on everything we saw.One thing to note - some houses we've stayed at in the past had things like salt, sugar, coffee filter, etc - there was absolutely nothing in this house, so be prepared to bring or buy everything you need.

Great rental!

This rental was beautiful and spacious! It is in a convenient location -- close to the beach and Pine Ave. We loved that the beach was a 2-minute walk from the home and we also enjoyed both the dock/canal and the pool! The property comes with the bare minimal, so we had to go out and buy more garbage bags, laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, etc. We had to vacuum certain areas inside the home when we first checked in, so we took a star off for cleanliness. However, we enjoyed our stay overall and would rent this house again in the future!

Great Place to stay

We are a family of 5 (3 boys 27,24,19) and the house was a perfect size. The very short walk to the beach was a plus and this beach area is not crowded. The first thought was the pool was small but perfect for cooling off and floating around. The dock was perfect for catching fish or launching kayaks (just not at low tide). The only downside was the house right next store was being resided and insulated. So it was a little loud most of the working day but looks like it will finish soon. Wish we would have been informed this was happening but we made it work. All and all was very impressed and would stay there again (as long as the neighbors are finished building :))

We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Sea Jay! Thank you for the kind words. As for the construction, we don't get notified of work and it's always ongoing on the island, so it's hard to inform guests of that. There are quiet hours though and they should always abide by those. Let us know when you're ready to come back!
