This delightful home is located down a private road and is situated on nearly half an acre. Only 3 mins away to Lummi Island beach access.

Step outside and enjoy outdoor activities on the large, lush lawn that overlooks the water. Enjoy an additional front yard, a stone patio, with a gas grill- great for relaxing and enjoying those afternoon barbecues! Gathering around the firepit at night with family and friends is the perfect way to end the day!

This spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home has a view of the Salish Sea from almost every room! The upper level has a light and airy living area with an open floor plan. Vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood beams, a cozy wood burning stove, an updated bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen that's perfect for preparing tasty meals. The updated kitchen has modern amenities, stainless steel appliances, and a bar area for additional seating. The second bedroom has a full size futon that folds out into a cozy sleeping space with a comfortable topper. The second bedroom also has a crib available for guests to use if traveling with little ones.

Some extra things to do at The Serenus@ Lummi: Play by the beach with an inflatable kayak provided. Explore the island with 2 adult bikes available to use. Yoga by the water will bring serenity to your mind and soul.
