High Tide Green Grass combines proximity to the tides of the Pacific Ocean with the green grass of Seabrook’s pasture across the lane. After a full day at the beach and town center, biking or hiking on nearby trails, or exploring Olympic National Park rainforests, retreat to the serenity and quiet of Seabrook’s Farm District. This one-bedroom second-floor carriage house offers the perfect cozy and affordable getaway for one or two guests, with lots of windows and remarkable natural light with what might be the best and most expansive views in the eastern part of Seabrook. Watch horses graze in the pasture, bald eagles soar overhead, trees sway gracefully in the wind, and the setting sun from the dining table or outside balcony. The living room has a wall-mounted 40-inch flat screen HD television and a Blu-ray/DVD player. Free cable and WiFi. Save money by preparing your own meals in the furnished full kitchen, with range and oven, full refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, etc. also included. Eclectic furniture and furnishings include vintage and custom pieces, with full size couch, chest of drawers, armoire, etc. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a sublimely comfortable PurpleTM mattress. Plentiful parking available.
Hiking trails, tennis and pickleball courts nearby, just a few yards from community fire pit. After a day of fun, curl up and choose from an assortment of books, independent movies and games for cozy times indoors. Guests have full access to all of Seabrook’s amenities, which include: parks, outdoor game areas, swimming pool, biking and walking trails, fitness center, restaurants, and merchants. And of course the beach! Sorry, no pets. No smoking anywhere on the property. Owners Ric and Marie love living permanently in the house next door and are eager to welcome you to this amazing place on the Pacific Northwest coast.

The room is ideal for two people. It is a bit far from the town center so we drive there. Super quiet part of Seabrook. Everyone we met in town was very friendly. It was odd to not have a sink in the bathroom, but it worked out just fine.

First time

We loved our little carriage house space- we had a warm welcome and the space is so clean and bright and functional. About an 8min walk from everything it was great to be away from the downtown construction. Absolutely loved our stay here and will be back!
