This amazing 7 bedroom, 7 bed, 7.5 baths home Two Master bedrooms, one on each floor, offer private walkout patios. All 5 waterfront bedrooms include private patios (1st floor) or balconies (2nd floor) to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet read. This property is ideal for a group or family that seeks to share a spectacular property and still have wonderful separation and privacy.

Upon arrival you will find home is fully equipped with luxury bed linens and bath soaps, bath and beach towels, and gigabit WI-FI throughout the property and includes a Sonos surround system both inside & out.

Spacious and well-equipped Gourmet Kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and large Breakfast area. Fabulous House and Host!

This is a great house and Esti was a dream to work with. She was helpful with everything and anything we asked. We stayed in this house with a very large family with four generations including much older individuals and young infants. There were rooms that accommodated everybody’s needs. There’s an elevator that’s helpful with bags and older individuals. The pool was very warm and easy to control, we were able to rent a boat (separately) that picked us up right off the dock, we walked to the beach and could go for walks all up and down the neighborhood. There is plenty of space for lots of different people to have their own room. Multiple living areas and multiple eating areas. Indoors and outdoor were both beautiful.

A great house in an awesome neighborhood!

Our stay was fantastic and the house was as advertised. Very organized, clean, and perfect location. Great bedroom and bathroom layout for guests that provided privacy and space. We enjoyed the backyard, bbq, and pool for the majority of our stay. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to find a home off of Las Olas.

Beautiful home!

We had a great long weekend at Casa Bella Vita! The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as the photos shown. The pool and space throughout the house was perfect for 12 women. Esti and Jessica were great leading up to and during the trip. I would recommend the house and hope to be able to stay again in the future!

Bachelorette party!

This house is perfect for your next bachelorette party. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is awesome good hot water for all the girls showering at the same time. Awesome outdoor space for lounging and swimming. Jesica welcomed me and all my guests and showed me around the property she was awesome and so cute. If I ever go back I will be staying at this home again !!!

Gorgeous Home

Fantastic experience in this wonderful home! The only discrepancy was there are two rooms with Queen size beds - other than that the house is as described and perfect for a retreat, get away. We were a group of 14 - ranging in ages from 40s to 60s, there was no reason at all to leave the house. Great neighborhood to walk around in, close to supermarket and beaches. Highly recommend this property. Management communicated well and delivered as promised.

Staycation Extraordinaire

Esti and Jessica were wonderful every step of the way as we rented this beautifully appointed home! We are Laudy locals, and wanted a place for a Vow Renewal for a 10 year anniversary! Both families gathered for a beautiful Sunday Brunch! It was catered by a local team, and fun was had by all! The home has every thing you will need, gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms, lovely pool, with all of the amenities and then some! You get what you pay for at this stunning showcase! Thank you Esti and Jessica, we loved every minute!

Wow what an amazing place to stay right on the water! The location was perfect, very central to everything in Fort Lauderdale. The home was extremely clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The beds were so comfortable I actually checked to see what brand they were! We LOVED the pool and were able to swim during a gorgeous sunset last night just before a calming rainstorm rolled through. The poker table with surround sound was a nice touch as well. Overall 10/10 place. If you are debating booking then go for it!

Excellent Property

This is a fabulous house, really well suited for larger groups. Property manager greets you and gives you a solid walk through as you arrive. Owner is available via text. Bedrooms are spacious, well appointed. Baths are fabulous. They have games out by the pool and lots of chairs to relax on. The fronts of the cabinets could use a wipe down, but the rest of the house is immaculately clean. The neighborhood is really safe and pretty. Close to bars and restaurants. Stay here!

So Beautiful

We’ve stayed in a lot of amazing properties and this by far is the best ever. The house and grounds have everything that’s needed including games. My 4 adult children and their families gathered to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The children enjoyed the swimming pool and their spaces. We took beautiful pictures and visited the beach. Whatever we needed was quickly provided. Watch out for the iguanas, the only down side to the property.

Amazing House with Great Location

There is not enough words for me to express and explain how wonderful this rental is and the property management team. My group and I were greeter upon arrival and given a tour of the property. The house is fantastic and has 7 bedrooms and is large enough for a group to move around without feeling camped. There's ample seating outside if you want to lounge and also seating on the dock if you want to take in sunset views on the canal. The pool and hot tub are spacious also. Overall, a wonderful house if you're visiting the Ft. Lauderdale area. The house is also in a really nice area and about 4 mins from the strip.
