The dining area has seats six. Plus, a table leaf & highchair are in guest bedroom closet. The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and nook with a table & chairs for two. The private master bath features a large beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, as well as a flat screen TV. The full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The villa also is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

*Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).
