This condo is exactly as described. The balcony is large and has a nice selection of furniture to enjoy the evenings. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. We have stayed at many condo's in PCB, this one was really nice because the owners have put thought into the vacationers experience. They have a snack basket, a couple bottled waters, coffee pods and sugar, sweetner and cream, a basket of actual beach towels, a closet full of beach toys and rafts, and a high chair. There was also a personalized note and a bottle of wine in the fridge upon arrival. We messaged a few times before arrival and responses were quick. I honestly believe that no one could go wrong renting this condo, the owners are genuine and this condo is perfect for anyone needing a relaxing vacation!

Best stay in PCB we’ve ever had!

We’ve been doing a family vacation in PCB for the last 5 years and this year was the absolute best! Kim and Terry’s condo was so inviting and beautifully kept that we never wanted to leave. Delicious restaurants within walking distance made this condo the perfect location for our family vacation. We look forward to staying here next summer!

Great place, awesome hosts

Our experience exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful & the hosts are so welcoming, with close attention to details that really make it feel like home. We loved the convenience of the included beach service, and the close proximity to the beach. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We will definitely rent from Kim & Terry again!

Amazing Family Spring Break

This is a beautifully renovated beachfront property! Everything was perfect, convenient and affordable. Kim made herself available to answer and questions we had. Cant wait to book again!!

I’ve been renting condos for many many years, and this was by far the cleanest and most well stocked I’ve ever seen. 5 stars hands down!! The host/hostess has included small appliances such as a Ninja, Keurig coffee maker, nice toaster, and the owner even leaves you a welcome basket filled with assorted coffees and creamers, as well as bottled water, pop tarts, breakfast biscuits, Famous Amos cookies. We didn’t go to the grocery store upon arriving at the condo, so these welcome items were perfect to sustain us until we made a grocery run. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony is nice and spacious with plenty of seating choices, too. I love the fact that beach service is included!Thank you, Kimberly, for a great stay!Debbie KayGeorgia

Annual family PCB trip

This condo is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable bedding and furniture, convenient location and the balcony is roomy with very comfortable furnishings. The owners have provided the essentials so you can get settled in quickly. Communication with the owners was easy and quick to respond. Overall one of the nicest places we have stayed in our many years visiting PCB.

Easy stay!

The condo itself was wonderful. The hosts were great. We had never been to PCB before and didn't know what to expect. PCB was a bit too crowded and raucous for us. That said, if PCB is your destination this condo would be a smart choice!

Just what we needed!

After a long hiatus from the beach, we finally got back. This unit was exactly as listed. Wonderfully remodeled and beautifully decorated. Hosts were easily accessible and always willing to assist with any needs. Beautiful views of the beach and quiet end unit made for a great vacation! This unit does not disappoint!

The Best!

I have stayed at many, many places. This beach condo was by far the best! It was super clean, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view of the beach and water. I would highly recommend Kimberly's place to everyone! You will be really pleased. I'll be back! (There's also a very nice surprise by Kimberly! Enjoy!)

Beautiful place

This place is exactly how it is described. As you enter the room the place is freshly cleaned and the smell of the air freshener is a plus for me. It has beautiful counter tops in the kitchen and recently updated and it was fully stocked with all that you need for your cooking needs. The owner thought of the little details. The king size bed is so comfortable. The decor in the room is beautiful. The unit is on the fifth floor corner unit so it is private. Plenty of parking and elevators are good. Pool area is nice and easy access to beach. I definitely would recommend this place.

Beautiful, updated and home like feel!

The condo was clean, newly updated, and just as advertised in the pictures. The communication with the owners was flawless and convenient when I had questions. The room is at the end of the building so it made it very nice when coming and going. Not alot of neighbor noise either and next to trash chute. The building location of the condo is right in the mix of PCB it seemed. If you choose to, you can definitely walk to restaurants and attractions. It did make for a couple of noisy nights, but the city eventually goes to sleep. Access to the beach was super easy. Having beach set up included was a big bonus. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Vacation in Paradise!

Our family of 5 could not believe how beautiful and HGTV updated this condo is! Everything is just like the pictures. Everything worked properly as it should. My husband already is talking about booking for next year. The beds were SO comfortable and the shower head in the master amazing - after a long day on the beach the importance of a great shower cannot be underestimated! Being on the 5th floor was a blessing. Elevators were quick but we could use the stairs when we wanted. Our view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony was amazing. We spent our mornings sitting there drinking coffee and our evenings watching the gorgeous sunset. The beach was impeccably clean and we are so very grateful for the two complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. Their were many great restaurants to choose from and most were within walking distance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim and Terry's property or their location in Panama City Beach. Thank you for a vacation we sorely needed and now we are truly rejuvenated.

The host and the unit are incredible. She is so easy to communicate with whether by phone, text or email. She answers all of your questions and she is truly an amazing host. The unit was very clean. She also provides so many items that most owners do not. This makes it so much easier for those like us that are flying in rather than driving. She provides beach towels, hair dryers, containers of soap, shampoo and lotion in each bathroom. The beach chairs and set up are also included. This makes it so convenient for those flying in who cannot bring chairs, etc. and do not want to sit directly on the sand. The chairs on the balcony are so comfortable and the view is breath taking. There was a thank you note from her along with a bottle of wine and also some great snacks when we arrived. We have been coming to Panama City Beach for 12 years and always stay at Ocean Villa. The Host and her Unit are the best by far. I am so glad we ran across this. We will be staying here on all of our future visits.
