This charming two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Madeira Beach, Florida, is bright, cheerful and packed with amenities.

The living room is full of plush, cozy furniture, perfect for reading your favorite novel, taking a cat nap or watching a movie on the Smart flat-screen TV. Extra guests? No problem—make use of the sleeper sofa with extra bedding. Don’t forget to post your amazing vacation photos to your social media accounts courtesy of the free Wi-Fi. When you’re hungry, head to the kitchen where you’ll be able to whip up anything from a gourmet meal to beach snacks thanks to spacious counters, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and serving dishes you’ll need. Simply beautiful and perfect location

This was a wonderful unit and had everything I needed for my stay!! Great walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants!! Would stay here again!!

Good, but needs more attention to details

In general, the apartment was great! Spacious and comfortable. But we did find some issues that should have been fixed: 1) There were some cleanliness issues that we did not like and could not get housekeeping to correct: 1.1) Two carpets were very filthy 1.2) We found underware from past customers in a couple of drawers. 2. Some lights were burned and the batteries of a TV control were not working. There were no replacements in the apartment. 3. The vapor iron was broken 4. The utensils in the kitchen were not fully complete: there were no medium sized plates. None of the above were gamechangers, but they are very easy to avoid and fix, to make the customer experience better.

Beach People

We loved our stay at the Maderia Yacht Club. There was plenty of room in the condo that was nicely furnished with beachy decor. The owner was very accommodating when we had questions. We loved the big pool and used the indoor hot tub a few times. Having the Pickleball courts close by was great as we played with others each morning. It was an easy ten-minute walk to the beach. There are restaurants within walking distance. There is Mahjongg at the public library on Thursdays. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! :)

Great condo, limited access to amenities, no solutions.

The condo was great. There were a few problems with the property that increased my stress. First, we had no access to the game room and calling management and asking for help did not change that. We had no keys to pedestrian gates which was a longer walk to the beach but adaptable. We did not receive packages we ordered which were mistakenly delivered to the mailroom. The back gate was broken for part of our trip (20 ish feet from the condo) so it did not feel as secure as advertised. The passcode to get into the condo was obvious which added to my feeling of insecurity. We got a notice that we would be fined $100 if we put our towels out to dry over the balcony railing when we did not violate this. Last, there was serving for 6 people exactly, so be ready to do the dishes frequently! Most of those issues were outside the actual living quarters. The living quarters were 5 stars, lovely, clean, and appliances worked. The condo complex itself (the pool was the only thing we could access) was satisfactory. The lack of other condo complex amenities and the lack of solutions after calling management multiple times was disappointing. As a renter, I defiantly felt like the stepchild in the condo complex family. As lovely as the condo was, we will not be staying here again.

Perfect location right by the beach!

Enjoyed our stay, great location walking distance from the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The home has mostly everything you will need besides a few essentials (bring your own hand soap, toilet paper and dish soap). Overall, the home is lovely and we had a relaxing vacation. The neighbours are quiet and friendly. Anyone booking this property should note the keys must be picked up from the management office off site which is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away.
