This house was amazing. There were 12 adults in our party and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The host was very responsive and so quick to answer questions that we asked. Highly recommend!

Amazing property, one of the best we’ve stayed in in over 15 years of home stays. We were in a jam and needed a place to move into quickly. This beautiful property was available and the host was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early. An understatement to say that the property, and the host, saved our family vacation. Beautiful spaces- we loved hanging out outside and in the hot tub! Kitchen was amazing for our cooking and family meals. Double washer dryer situation was incredible for our group of 8. Would love to stay again!

The house was amazing and so was the host who responded quickly to every question we had and checked in on us multiple times. He gave us great dinner recommendations as well. We will definitely rent the house next time we visit Lexington again.

The house is just as pictured. Immaculate. Kitchen is well stocked with nice clean dishes, pot and pans etc. Had every utensils we needed for grilling outside and cooking in. Seth was very responsive to my needs, I think I changed the date three times.Close to lots of good restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again

Susan, a kitchen stocked with everything you actually need, right down to the grilling gear, is the kind of detail that makes a stay feel genuinely easy. The flexibility through three date changes is exactly the experience every guest deserves. The neighbourhood's restaurants and stores are worth a return trip on their own.

A perfect choice for a cousins' reunion. The floor plan is open, spacious and tastefully decorated. The open kitchen and great room plan facilitated our ongoing conversation even as we prepared food and cleaned up. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for the member with limited mobility and having bedrooms upstairs as well as the basement helped with dividing up family groups Each person had their own bedroom and bathroom-fabulous not to share.The management team proved quick to respond to any question and eager to help. I loved the energy of the owner and manager. The back parking pad made parking a breeze and we liked being off street.The house had an indoor gas fireplace and an outside porch gas fireplace which was a great touch though in the end we didn't use them.It would be a fun winter retreat with fires going and hot tub in use-maybe next time.The house feels fresh as if newly renovated. It's a gem!

5 of 7 bedrooms have an en suite which was super helpful! Kitchen well stocked. All rooms are larger than they seem in photos and really made for a comfortable experience.
