✹ GENERAL: As guests, your whole group can enjoy private access to the entire guest suite, including a private entrance and private deck and yard. This unit is attached to a main house and access to the fenced backyard, and fire pit are exclusively for our guest. Feel free to explore our newly listed second property: The Front Porch.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available on-site. Free street parking is also available. Two car max.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free wifi available throughout the suite. Get some work done around the dining table when you’re not eating.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, feeding chair, children’s books and toys, and board games.

✹ PETS: Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them. The fenced yard provides a safe space for them to play!

It is a very nice quiet residential neighborhood. Near Easton`s Beach, Second Beach, Third Beach, Sandy Point Beach, pick your own farms at Quonset View Farm and Sweet Berry Farm, golfing at Newport National Golf Course and Green Valley Golf Course, Newport Vineyards, Greenvale Vineyards, Ragged Island Brewery, the Newport Mansions, and many more attractions. The property sits in between the two main roads to Newport.

The best way to get around is by car.
There is no public transportation nearby, but it is easy to find when using Uber or Lyft.

*The unit is an in-law apartment attached to the main house, with a private entrance and no access to the main house. Please enjoy the sunset from the porch and the yard.

Consumption of marijuana and/or marijuana extracts in any form within the apartment or on the residential grounds is prohibited.
Consumption of illegal substances within the apartment or on the residential grounds is prohibited.
The only allowable pets are dogs, declawed cats, rabbits, and fish.
Prohibited dog breeds, including part breeds, include Rottweilers and Pitbulls.
Pets must be crated if left alone within the apartment.
Pets may be allowed to run free under pet owner supervision within the fenced in back yard.
Pets must be on a leash or otherwise restrained when outside of the fenced in back yard.
Pet owners must pick up after their pets after they have done their business outside.
The home owners are not responsible for lost, injured, or escaped pets.
The home owners are not responsible to assist in returning pets that escaped from the fenced in back yard; the fenced in back yard is not solely sufficient in preventing pets from escaping the fenced in area; pet owners must ensure their pets do not jump over, climb, or dig beneath the fence.
Use of and entry into the garage and main house is prohibited.
Improvements or physical alterations to the apartment are prohibited.
Guests are entitled to use of the fenced in back yard, however, guests are not allowed to use the front or side yards.
