The location of the property is convenient to Georgetown, Lexington, and in striking distance to the Cincinnati and Louisville areas. Property has all the comforts of home if you want to stay and cook or just sit and stream a show on a quiet night. For our use, we needed a central location to connect with family most of the day and recharge after events in the Lexington downtown area. We ordered DoorDash one night, cooked inside another, and went out a couple nights. Good property and will consider using it for future adventures in the area.

Great little house — no serious complaints at all. Towels are a bit postage-stamp sized, but everything was clean, available and as described. Nice & close to Kentucky Horse Park for a show weekend. Thanks!

A third party was used for the details on check in/check out which posed a bit of a snag … overall our stay was great.The home was appointed nicely and all bedrooms were perfect! Loved that each bedroom had its own TV. Kitchen was well appointed and appreciated the additional throws since the weather posed chilly mornings. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the towels… they were small and very worn. Everything else on property was very nice … the towel situation was disappointing that we considered purchasing our own. Also a written listing in the home with the WiFi and details would have been helpful.

Loved that this house was pet friendly for 2 dogs which allowed my daughters to both bring their dogs and avoid boarding or pet sitting fees while we attended Retired Racehorse Project at Kentucky Horse Park! Host was attentive and house was perfect!

6 of us recreational cyclists visited Georgetown for the wonderful local road riding. We needed a place within walking distance of downtown, room enough for us all with 4 separate bedrooms, and a nice kitchen and “Hang out and drink coffee” area. The latter room was perfect for all 6 of us, and we even caught the live action of the Derby on the widescreen tv. Coffee pot worked great, and all the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We have other friends who come here to road ride, especially for the “Horsey Hundred” event every May, and we will definitely recommend this property!

Such a Cozy Space

Such a cozy and inviting space. Plenty of room to spread out if you have several adults or are working remotely! Everything was well kempt and stocked. The kitchen was better than most spaces we have stayed in and the bathrooms were clean and neat. The backyard was spacious and would be great for entertaining... we wish it would have been just a bit warmer and we would have sat around the fire pit! Great space and highly recommend! Georgetown is a cute, quaint little town as well!

Great Georgetown House

Great house for our 3 night stay in the area. Nicely appointed and feels newly updated. In a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown restaurants and under an hour drive to many Distilleries. Hope to come again!

The property clean, well equipped and well maintained. It's in a great location close to Georgetown College campus and downtown. four bedrooms and plenty of room for the eight of us.

So close to downtown

My dad, brother and I needed a place close to the cemetary, Georgetown College, and downtown for family activites. This house was not only in the perfect location, but it provided everthing we needed! The white couch was heaven! We come back twice a year and look forward to visiting again.

Pet friendhi!! She black screens ly; clean, REALLY CLEAN! :-), high tech appliances. Nice back yard with fire pit and chairs back there was a wonderful treat! Location is incredible, near city events, great restarants on a neat small town type downtown area. Hosts communicate very quickly and are very helpful! I will def stay here again!!! Couchs are comfy to sleep on too! I wish I could give it a 15/10!!

Great little place!

I loved the layout as it allowed for quiet in the bedrooms while someone was in the kitchen or living room. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a little difficulty with the thermostat since we were unfamiliar with a smart one. We figured it out. The beds and bedding was excellent! Thanks for the thoughtfulness that went into this home

Well appointed home

This was a perfect place for us to attend our niece's wedding. Four bedrooms, small sitting area and kitchen, but since we were only staying there to get ready and spend the night, we did not need a lot of space inside. The owners have thoughtfully prepared this house. From make-up towels to soap, shampoo, conditioner in the showers, garbage bags and dish soap, coffee etc. They have done a fantastic job of taking care of small things to make your stay just easy and wonderful. It is a very fresh and new space - you will just love it. Plenty of backyard space for our grandson to play in with some of the toys we brought.

Kentucky Horse Park stay

This property is in a perfect location to KHP! Literally 12 minutes away which was perfect for how often we needed to head back and forth during Pony Finals. The rooms and decor were great. The living area was slightly smaller than we had thought, but it didn’t affect us in any way. We had every item available, and the individual fans in each bedroom were a really nice touch. The neighborhood was just “ok”. Georgetown is a beautiful town, but this property is not in an area that I felt demonstrated the towns appeal. We felt safe, so that’s really all that matters. It would have been wonderful if the grass had been cut, so we could have enjoyed the front porch and back deck. Unfortunately the bugs were too abundant. Again, not a game changer for us. I did not get text responses from the owner which we thought was a bit strange, however-we never had any real issues, so not a big deal. She sent me a welcome text when we arrived, with a link to what we needed, so that was helpful. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you!
