Loved Our Stay—Would Definitely Return

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The condo is in an amazing location with a beautiful ocean view. It was clean, updated, and comfortably fit all six of us with plenty of space. We also loved how walkable everything was—the beach, restaurants, a coffee shop, and a sandwich shop were all just a short walk away, which made the trip so convenient. The only downside was that the listing mentions a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, but we ran out on our first full day and had to buy more sooner than expected. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Hi Kimberly, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the ocean views, the comfortable space, and the unbeatable walkable location. A beach getaway where you can trade car keys for flip-flops is always a favorite. Being just a short stroll from the beach, coffee, restaurants, and local favorites makes it easy to enjoy every moment without spending half the trip in the car. We truly appreciate your feedback about the starter supplies as well. We know those small details can make a big difference, and we’ll continue working to set clear expectations and make each stay as smooth as possible. Thank you for staying with us and for recommending the condo. We’d love to host you again for another relaxing coastal escape! Best regards, Benchmark Management

Our stay was amazing! I'm in proximity to the beach and restaurants. Some improvement ideas for the property owner.1. Consider adding a luggage rack in both bedrooms2. Add a soap holder in the shower of the main bedroom3. In the second bathroom, make sure the batteries are working for the reading light on the bed.4. In the second bathroom, make sure the door to the bathroom closes because it doesn't stay closed.

We had to purchase toilet paper as it was extremely limited in the condo. It would have been nice to have a few blankets. We were not given a beach code. And the condo keypad was challenging. Other than that, it is a beautiful place to stay and relax.

Regarding the beach access and entry, all applicable codes are included in the guidebook sent prior to arrival, and we also re-sent these details via text when you reached out to ensure you had everything needed. Booked a short, last minute trip for a mother-daughter vacay with friends. Great condo. Beautifully decorated with a beach theme vibe. 2 bedrooms plus a bunk room allowed for plenty of space for all. Rented bikes for the short ride to the beach. Utilized the tennis courts as well. Great location…we love gulf place and have stayed in various rentals. We have always been pleased.

Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. 30A Stay -

Overall, property is well situated to beach access and plenty of restaurant options. Beds were quite comfortable although linens could be upgraded - not a plush snuggly item to be found. Kitchen was well equipped, although only one dish towel provided. Bathrooms had great water pressure and plenty of nice white fluffy towels. Paper products could really be upgraded. No maps or signs to property pools were provided - we only found one. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Spring Break

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. This time, I brought my mother and two teenagers. Once again, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo as well as the beach decor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My mother and I enjoyed walking the nature trail around the complex each morning. Although the weather was not the best, any day at the beach is a great day! The only issue we had was running out of hot water. But, that is not the facility’s issue… It’s the result of having four women in one condo.
