Enjoy the community amenities with your family: visit the playground or play a round of Volleyball, everything right within the community of your vacation home.

Spacious yet cozy pool home in the heart of Sarasota. When you walk in you will notice the artistic decoration, showing the owner's taste in arts and crafts. Your vacation home welcomes you with a colorful coastal design throughout. Gather in the main living room, get cozy on the comfortable couches and watch your favorite TV shows. There is enough seating space for every guest. The family room offers additional space and seating if you would like to get some private time. The dining area conveniently connects to the kitchen as well as the main living area so you are always close to the main areas of the house.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare all your meals if you don't want to take advantage of the great selection of available restaurants in the area. Relax in your private and screened pool area and take a splash in the pool to refresh and unwind after a day at the beach. Take a refreshing splash in the pool. Enjoy beautiful pond views and observe Florida wildlife right from the comfort of the pool area. The entire pool including the hot tub was recently resurfaced and a new pool heater was installed. The spacious covered patio with a dining area allows alfresco dining and provides extra cover/shade for you and your family. The secondary bathroom also conveniently accesses the pool area.

Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost upon request.

The master suite with a comfortable King size setup offers a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double sink vanity. Access your private pool area from the master suite through the sliding doors. The second bedroom has a twin bed setting, granting access to the pool area through sliding doors. The third bedroom also has a twin bed set up. All bedrooms have blinds to close for a good night's sleep and offer spacious closets with enough storage for all your luggage and clothing items. The indoor laundry room has a washer and dryer for your private use.

The driveway offers parking for a maximum of 2 cars. The garage is not available to guests.

Dogs are welcome up to a maximum weight of 25lbs. There is an additional pet fee. Please inquire if you are unsure. No aggressive breeds. Sorry, no cats.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
