Hike The Summit Trail, go rafting or tubing, visit the Appalachian Mountain Brewery or soak in North Carolina’s natural springs. Afterwards, return home to unwind on one of many porches and share quality time with loved ones.
House Rules and Terms

No smoking of any kind indoors (if smoking outside, please be extremely careful, and ensure the cigarette/cigar is disposed of safely), no parties or gatherings, no pets, and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.

We allow children with the following stipulations:
-Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing"
-Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times

PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the home. It is only on the outside of the home, there are no cameras inside.
