Cette maison est notre maison loin de chez nous. Nous avons récemment fait plusieurs mises à jour de la maison entière à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. C'est très accueillant et confortable. La vue sur le lac est très relaxante dont l'eau peut être vue des trois côtés de la maison. Vous pouvez pêcher, flotter ou nager du quai. Vous pouvez aménager, balancer et barbecue tout en regardant le lever et le coucher du soleil sur le pont surdimensionné. Venez profiter de ma maison préférée loin de chez moi.

Large, comfortable house on the water, nicely furnished and perfect for a large family. The 3rd floor "loft" room was a favorite for the younger children to play and watch TV.

The home was awesome! It was beautiful, roomy and comfortable to hang out in. The host was easy to contact and communicate with, and the home was very clean. The view was also spectacular!! Would highly recommend staying there!!!

The location on the lake was great; easy access to the private marina The house layout worked well; appreciated that the loft was private and had own bathroom The downstairs had plenty of seating The boat slip was nice to keep the boat there all weekend

Guys Fishing Trip

Great location!

We were in town with our grown children to attend a dear family friends wedding at the Lumiere venue less than two miles away. What a beautiful day. The home is stocked with everything one might need! Beds were comfortable and the home was spotless. It has an amazing deck and a great water view. Want to come back!

Fantastic property with amazing views

This home is so amazing. To start off the Property Manager was such a easy person to deal and communicate with. Check-in was fast and simple. The home is huge and can sleep so many people comfortable. The inside was very comfortable with large solid furniture and beds.... 3 KING beds plus the beds on the 3rd floor. Because the home is on the lake the views off the huge back deck are amazing. Being able to actually access the water on its own dock was a blessing as well. Will be staying here again...

Lake Conroe weekend stay

Rent through VRBO always for many years. Have never had any issues. This house is great for a large family and the back yard and patio are wonderful . Wonderful location on the lake. Beautiful view. Found the house to be dirty and the kitchen cabinets and refrigerators were very over stuffed, messy, pots and pans were in bad shape and the food in the refrigerator (which looked to be very old) did not leave any room for our groceries. Had to use lots of igloos. We had plumbing issues during our stay and the owners were very difficult to reach to handle this issue. One could of enjoyed this house more if the owners did some major cleanup and cleanouts.

I am sorry to hear about your stay. Unfortunately we were out of the country when you rented our house and yes it was harder to reach us. As soon as you informed us of the garbage disposal issue we had it repaired the next business day as you reported it late at night. We had a thorough cleaning of the house in September which included having all the cabinets being wiped out and organized. We have cleaned out the refrigerator down to just the condiments as it should have been. I have hired a new cleaning service since you have stayed as well. I wish you the best in the future.

Excellent for a multi-family getaway!

The house was very nice and had a great floorplan. Open downstairs with large kitchen, dining, & living room. Really nice back deck with swing and tables overlooking the lake. You can see a million stars at night! 2nd floor has a great floorplan with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.... master bedroom is by itself and is huge with couches and a large bathroom. The loft has it's own bathroom and 4 twin size beds in it and is perfect for the little boys we had with us. I gave it a Good rating instead of Excellent because of their rule that all the linens have to be washed and dried before leaving. We needed to checkout by 9 am which makes it impossible to wash and dry bedding for 7 beds plus all of the towels. We were charged a $125 cleaning fee and feel bedding should have been included in that. All-in-all, it's a great property!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The home is very convenient for a a large group as we had our family visit over Easter and space was not an issue.. The home had all the necessary accesories including a new gas grill and refrigerator along with other new kitchen items. The owners were very responsive to our needs during our stay. Fishing off the dock was very good but be aware of shallow water for swimming and diving. The outside deck ia quite spacious and very nice for an outside party. The 3rd floor loft is excellent for sleeping children in a bunk type style. The main living room area is also large and comfortable. The lake is very nice for both fishing and recreation. There are nice restaurants all thru Comroe and some accessible by boat or jet ski. Your best sun is available in the AM as the unit faces more towards the east. The security in April Sound is top notch as is the April Sound CC which offers golf, multipe swimming pools,and dining with music on Fri nites.I would highly recommend this unit for a group up to 10 including 3-5 kids.

Lake Conroe

Great stay, only dissatisfied with pool situation. Paid extra money to use pool, pool closed Mondays, then community pool for teens/adults was broke. Would not let 13 year old swim in adult pool with family. He would have to swim in the kiddie pool, 1foot water. Per the community rules/enforcers. Other than great time, swam in the lake, fished off dock. Enjoyed the home.

Came home and tried to rebook!

Not sure I need to say much more other than I got home and tried to rebook the same place. Unfortunately it was not available for the dates we were looking for. The description was 100% spot on and the place was very clean. My only downside is I had to board my Mini Aussie because they don't allow pets. I understand but still it's my only negative!

Our stay was exactly what we needed following our wedding!

We made a vow to come back for our anniversary if we are able! Alison Durkee and her husband are a joy! We had family members come and visit throughout our stay and there was plenty of room! Beds were comfy and every family member expressed that they had a great time! Great vibes and my family is well traveled!! We made friends with the neighbors and not to mention the sunrise was immaculate. The fishing was also just as awesome❤
