Cozy lakeside home with incredible sunsets

*** Newly remodeled*** Set in a gorgeous location on Seneca Lake's east side, this home features an open floor plan with plenty of space to move around. A large dock offers a relaxing spot to take in the view, or jump in the lake with direct, private access from the house. The home is tucked away behind one of the area's finest wineries on a private road, with a limited number of neighboring houses.

The main living space includes the kitchen and living room with large windows facing out to the lake and a wall-mounted Samsung smart TV. The master bedroom (king size bed) also shares lakeside views. Bedroom two has a queen bed; bedroom three has a twin over queen bunk bed. Each bedroom features new, comfortable beds and mattresses along with blackout shades for a restful sleep. A pack n play is available upon request.

The kitchen features new appliances, purified drinking water, and a dining table for six. A Nespresso VertuoPlus machine is here for your use with a sampling of pods along with a standard drip coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, flour, sugar) along with cookware, dishes, utensils, a microwave, toaster and large pancake griddle. A propane grill is available for your use.

The bathroom has been completely redone with a large vanity and shower. A high efficiency washer and dryer are available. The house is equipped with AC and heat. We take pride in the cleanliness of the house and follow a strict cleaning process in between guests.

A private driveway offers parking for up to 3 vehicles, with a set of stairs that take you down to the house. Like some other homes in the Finger Lakes, there are a lot of steps to get to the house (about 50) with no direct way to unload from your vehicle. Please be prepared to carry your belongings down the stairs to the house. It’s worth the trip, we promise.

You'll have the place to yourself with direct, private access to the lake. Kayaks and life jackets in a variety of sizes (kids to adult) are available.

This is a quiet little group of homes along on Seneca Lake's east side, just a short drive from Geneva, Watkins Glen and Ithaca, NY.

You'll want a vehicle to explore the nearby wineries, breweries, parks, waterfalls, and all that the Finger Lakes has to offer.
