As soon as we walked in the door we felt comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. We visit our grandson every year but, as we have gotten older it isn't easy to accommodate a staircase several times a day. This one story cottage is perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk to the park and several restaurants. Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. Our new #1 VERBO in Conneaut OH. Thanks again to the hosts, we really enjoyed our stay. Heavenly Ice-cream was great.
This property is well maintained, clean and host was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. The house was spotless and it was obvious the linens and towels were clean! This was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!!
Our stay was wonderful. We arrived to a perfectly clean property. There was a binder containing plenty of helpful information so that we could make the most out of our time in Conneaut. The property is located only a few blocks away from the water and some restaurants, yet it was still very quiet! Would highly recommend staying here; itâs a hidden gem!
We came to town for my nephewâs wedding. It was such a welcoming coming into the door to see such a warm, clean place to lay our weary bodies down, after a late night.
We came to town to help celebrate my sisterâs 60th birthday. The house was exactly what we needed. Minimal decor with plenty of space for our stuff, clean, and secure. Front door code worked perfect, no worries about lost keys. Lots of extra sheets, towels, and pillows. The kitchen had just enough to make light meals and coffee. Really close to the lake, beach, park, and quaint stores. I would rent here again!
We enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our half of the duplex was neat and clean, with nice decor. There was enough driveway parking for 2 vehicles. It met our needs very well.
We especially enjoyed being only a 5-minute walk from Lake Erie. There are several restaurants that are even closer than that. (We tried The Breakwall, which is down at the lakefront. It had very good BBQ.)
We would stay here again if we are in the area.
The unit was in great condition with all appointments and a good location. My stay was offseason so I spent a lot of time indoors. Very comfortable. It's close to the city lakefront, good for in season stays.
Our stay was very pleasant! Host was spot on with communication, listing of property, and even had a big binder of information at the property which included lots of helpful information. Location and neighborhood where pleasant and convenient, although the neighbors across the street do not put their dog on a leash and it charged towards my children twice. This does not fall on the host, but more of a beware when going in and out of the place. Everyone really enjoyed the candy dishes and hot cider that was available to help our selves to. Finally a family member left behind a item and Sarah contacted me right away and is sending the item to us, how honest and thoughtful of her! This was my 1st time booking EVER and Sarah walked me through the booking process and gave very detailed instructions. We thank you for providing a nice cozy place for us!
The location was great, the place is nice and functional and our stay was OK in general except a few details: when we opened the sofa bed, it was full of dust and crumbs; the remotes batteries of 2 of the 3 TVs were expired and one of them had rusty terminals; after changing the batteries and cleaning the terminals, we still had trouble using the TVs, and it was because the Roku sticks were off, which I figured out after a lot of frustration; and last, the exterior in the patio area could use a good power wash.
