As you step into this beautifully decorated Sunrise condo, you will feel right at home here, It is perfectly appointed with everything you'll need to enjoy your beach vacation. The living room offers views of the pool area and ocean and features a comfortable sectional sofa, electric fireplace with remote, a 50" smart TV, and sliders to the oceanfront patio. Take in the sunrise with your morning cup of coffee from the ground-level patio with Adirondack chairs. For those that enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you'll need including a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender, and more! Meals with family can be enjoyed from the ocean-view dining room with seating for up to 4 guests, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

The spacious master suite features a cozy king-size bed, a 48" smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bedroom, a large walk-in closet, and a 42" Roku TV(must have your own login for Netflix, Hulu, etc.). A queen-size, blow-up Serta mattress can be found in the closet for those looking for additional arrangements. The 2nd full bath features a tub/shower combo and is perfect for washing the sand from your toes!

A bonus patio can be accessed from the living room and master suite and features a high-top table for 2 and beach items available for use including beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, boogies boards, and a cart to pull all your beach gear to the beach. Board games and books are also available for your enjoyment.

Sunrise 103 features a full-size washer/dryer, cable TV, WiFi, and beach towels, and all linens are supplied. Parking restrictions allow for a 2-vehicle max.

Amenities include an oceanfront pool(heated seasonally) with a windscreen, private beach access with stairs and a ramp, shuffleboard courts, and gas bar-b-que grills. Please note: Tennis courts & basketball courts are currently under renovation.

Located in New Smyrna Beach the Sunrise Condominium is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. An oceanfront complex, the Sunrise Condominium, is within walking distance is a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a beachwear outlet, and the 27th Avenue parking featuring a playground, basketball and racquetball courts.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, playground, and kayak launch.

JB's fish camp is nearby and offers some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are also at JB's.
