Maximum occupancy is 16 guests at all times.
No parties, drugs, or smoking permitted.
Bunk room is best suited for children.
Exterior security cameras are located at entry doors for safety.
Dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone.
No cable TV. High-speed internet is provided for streaming on Smart TVs.
A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold are required.
• Hold placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out
• Used only for significant, preventable damage (not normal wear and tear)

Road conditions:
No steep hills are required to access the cabin; however, Hochatown has dirt (country) roads. Trucks, SUVs, or higher-profile vehicles are recommended.
Fire pit use:
McCurtain County occasionally issues burn bans. When in effect, the fire pit may not be used.
Mountain setting notice:
This cabin is surrounded by nature, and wildlife (including snakes, bugs, and bears) may be present. Please keep doors closed at night and note that wildlife movement is beyond the host’s control. Never leave food, pets, or children outside unattended.
