This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful both times. Great location and have everything you need with a nice and clean condo to stay in. We have no complaints and will try and come every year as my kids love running from the pool to the beach all day. It’s a great place for a family vacation!

great getaway weekend

this was our first trip to Traverse City and the location was perfect for us to get our bearings. It was so nice to have a private beach with chairs, a pool, and quick access back to our condo for anything we needed. The communication from the staff was great and they were very friendly.

Beach condo

Loved having a place to stay near Traverse City on the beach. Greatly appreciated the elevator for hauling stuff to/from our room. Two considerations for staying here is the tiny bathroom and shower and no washer/dryer inside the condo (credit card laundry available for the facility). The sofa bed was also poor quality, so our kiddo opted to sleep on the couch instead.

Nice location, condo needs overdue update.

My only issue was that the blinds in the bedroom had pieces missing and the window faces the walkway and road. We had to put a blanket over the blinds for privacy because anyone walking by could see right into the room!

Sue, Thank you for your feedback! We are working with ownership to update things like blinds in the units. Some have already taken this action. We are constantly trying to suggest minor improvements to the units. We have added virtual 3d tours now of all of the units online. This makes it nice the next time you decide to come. Plumbing Smells

The property is amazing. The check-in could be updated with keypads or codes. We had to go to property next door to get a door key. The original room we stayed in was full of sewer odor. It was horrible. Leaking toilet we thought through floor. However, after moving us to next door apartment, we still had the smell. I believe this place has sewer issues that need to be addressed. Wouldn't notice in summer if doors and windows open. We were there in winter. Maybe exhaust pipes are too close to air intakes for the units? Either way, we had to open windows for fresh air even in the winter. Property staff amazing and accommodating as much as they could be. Hope they find the issue as these are small, but such a great location!

Hi Kimberly! Thank you for your stay and your feedback. I think we talked and discussed how we just took over the property about a month ago. It's a great property, and our management team has been deep into fixing so many neglected and ignored items inside units and back-of-house items. I'm not sure what was causing the smell in that unit, but we did fix a toilet and the smell is gone. We will continue to monitor. This certainly isn't common from what we can tell (it was isolated to those two units only), and we won't let it be common! We are working on a better after-hours key solution too. We agree that we want to make that smoother, and it will be soon enough! :) Thank you again. come visit again and see the continued improvements we'll make to these great beachfront units! Wonderful Stay in Traverse City East Bay

East Bay is not as busy as the west bay which is where the downtown is located. Great restaurant options and site seeing. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay.
