Condo unit 106 is a first-floor condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This unit is unique in that it's a corner unit with extremely easy access to the outdoor heated seasonal pool and the outdoor sundeck overlooking the beach. Plus, the living area has a wonderful homey charm to it with a one-of-a-kind TV stand and a large oak dining table - perfect for playing a rowdy game of euchre! :)

Great place and very nice , however Vrbo said there was cable service and there was not so I missed seeing Monday night football. Otherwise great very clean place.

Great location, loved the beach, the view, being able to spread out more than could in hotel room. Was pretty quiet too. Will definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat

This is the third summer we’ve stayed here. You can’t beat walking out onto your own clean beach. We always opt for a ground floor until with kids because we can go back and forth into the unit quickly for snacks, naps, potty breaks.

We love the North Shore Inn!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the North Shore Inn! It offers the perfect mix of beach, pool, and an ideal location. There are two suggestions we have for improvement. First, changing the door locks to digital keypads would be much more convenient than carrying a hard key around. Second, it would be very helpful if the rooms were equipped with a vacuum. After a week with young kids, crumbs can really add up, and an in-room vacuum would make it easier for us and assist housekeeping. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

Condo Review

Location on thr beach was nice. Pool and other outdoor amenities were good. Interior of condo could use a bit of an uodate. Paint, carpet, bathroom are dated. Kitchen did not have a complete set of cooking pans. Desk staff were great and very friendly.

They all went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely return and I recommend it to all. We have stayed in several places in Traverse City and this was by far the best.

Reviewer Comments: all good except, snow kept blowing blocking our entrance, and as soon as you walk in very musty mildew smell, burned a candle, that helped some, stayed here many times, would again andtypically i like this unit best when only needing 2 br 1 bath( have rented 2 br 2 bath before also)but would maybe pick a different one unless mildew issue resolved

Great Place to Getaway

Although this property is almost at the edge of Traverse City heading South on Hwy 31, the extra few kilometres travelled to and from places in TC is minimal. The kitchen is well stocked and there's a good amount of room within the condo. I drew the short straw and slept on the sofa bed and I am happy to report the mattress was very comfortable. No problem sleeping at all!

It was a nice view and a nice room, the only reason did not give 5 stars overall was that when people above us walked around it was so loud that you thought they were walking directly on our ceiling and the furnace is in the master bedroom and the blower motor is quit loud.

Property staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the furnace was extremely loud and ran almost constantly (50+° and windy weather), making conversation and even sleeping a bit of a challenge
