Cozy Beachfront, Amazing Views - North Shore Inn Unit 106

Condo unit 106 is a first-floor condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This unit is unique in that it's a corner unit with extremely easy access to the outdoor heated seasonal pool and the outdoor sundeck overlooking the beach. Plus, the living area has a wonderful homey charm to it with a one-of-a-kind TV stand and a large oak dining table - perfect for playing a rowdy game of euchre! :)

The units was clean and you can tell there is pride in the upkeep of the common areas. The staff members were all super pleasant, polite and attentive. Great place and very nice , however Vrbo said there was cable service and there was not so I missed seeing Monday night football. Otherwise great very clean place.

Can’t beat

This is the third summer we’ve stayed here. You can’t beat walking out onto your own clean beach. We always opt for a ground floor until with kids because we can go back and forth into the unit quickly for snacks, naps, potty breaks.

Great Place to Getaway

Although this property is almost at the edge of Traverse City heading South on Hwy 31, the extra few kilometres travelled to and from places in TC is minimal. The kitchen is well stocked and there's a good amount of room within the condo. I drew the short straw and slept on the sofa bed and I am happy to report the mattress was very comfortable. No problem sleeping at all!

It was expensive and you don’t get to enjoy the first day or last bc of the 4pm check in and 10am check out.

Thank you for your comments. Being a Condo it does take us a bit more time to get the unit clean and ready. We always offer the opportunity for late check out and you can always call to see if the room is ready. If the unit is ready we have no reason not to let you check in early. Condo Review

Location on thr beach was nice. Pool and other outdoor amenities were good. Interior of condo could use a bit of an uodate. Paint, carpet, bathroom are dated. Kitchen did not have a complete set of cooking pans. Desk staff were great and very friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to review unit 106. We took the property over a little over a year ago and have encouraged ownership to make certain updates and changes. We have seen several of the units get some major renovations and improvements while others have not. The association spent a lot of time and money updating the pool, walkways and parking lots. We will continue to encourage interior updates as well. When you come back to North Shore Inn again, please get on the website and do a virtual tour of all the units. They are individually owned and some more updated than others. Jamie GM
