My second stay here .Very clean, most everything you need, very simple process. Zero issues! Half block to the beach. Would definitely book again.

The rental was really nice! The master suite was beautiful and very large! We were right across the street from the beach! We did have to ask for instructions on the stove as it is a smart stove but they came out with in an hour. I would definitely visit again.

The townhouse was pretty clean over all. There was some hair on the bathroom sink on the top floor. The garbage disposal was not working so the sink had standing water.

Property is perfect. The high tech dishwasher and stove are annoying to use. No pans for baking. Not pot holders to grab pans from the oven. Would still like to recommend this place. The neighbor willy and the pool guy are friendly.

403 Beach Pointe

Quick get away

I loved everything about the home and location!! It was convenient and center of everything. It could use some minor fixings, but overall I still give it a 5 stars.

Simply amazing

Properly was perfect for my family. Wry spacious and I love the balcony on every level. The kids loved it. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. We will be back!

A great little getaway

We were all super happy with our stay. It was perfect having three floors to give us all our own personal space. Everything was so clean and check in and check out was was so easy and convenient. Even though we weren’t on the beach, I loved that it was a very quick walk across the street. The only downside was the pool needed to be cleaned, as there were leaves in it, but with everything thing else being as close to perfect as possible, I wasn’t upset.

Awesome!!

2 minute walk to the beech. Plenty of room for a family of 6 for the week....and we had grandparents for a weekend....making it 8 and still plenty of room. The kitchen is very well equipped for a weeks worth of cooking. Couple of good restaurants are an easy walk. Road access and parking is easy to come and go. Very likely our first call next time in Destin.

Old 98 dream!

Very updated and spacious. There is two level of stairs. Bedroom on each level with a bathroom. On thing missing was a outdoor shower at beach opening or house for rinsing off chairs and feet before entering. Overall a great place to stay.
