Pet Friendly By The Bay! Welcome to 32 Vacation Road in The Villas! This two-bedroom, one bathroom home is located just a short walk to the gorgeous Delaware Bay. You are first greeted by a quaint front porch. Upon entering the home you walk into an open living/ dining space . The kitchen is equipped with a dining table with seating for four and is complete with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and private closet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, sit-down vanity, television and seating for two. There is a shared hallway bathroom with a tub shower. The back of the home features another living space with a queen-sized pull- out sofa bed, a love seat, large TV, washer and dryer and additional seating for the kitchen. A large fenced in backyard offers an outside shower, a gas grill and seating for four people. Additional amenities include- four beach chairs, one beach umbrella, beach toys and one bike for guest usage as well as a shed set up with game tables. All guests are to bring their own linens and beach towels for their stay, the home owner will provide bathroom towels. This home will accept dogs up to 50lbs with a two-pet maximum. 32 Vacation is 10-15 minute drive to the Cape May Lewes Ferry, Townbank Bay, Cape May City and The Wildwoods. Extra Fee s include a $150 Cleaning fee, $150 Pet fee per pet.
