My group of friends travelled in from DC, Los Angeles, Fort Worth, Colorado, and I'm from Austin for a multi-year reunion for our HS reunion. This place was perfect to recuperate between/after activities, and just gather to hang out. Communication with the hosts was excellent, even when it was just a quick, minor question. The house was clean and welcoming. The pool was too cold for us to enjoy this time, we were also really busy, but we would totally rent again! Thank y'all!!

Family wedding weekend

The home was very accommodating for our group for seating to visit, table for meals and games, kitchen facilities to prepare and serve meals, pool to enjoy, plenty of beds and bathrooms. We had a great weekend at the Prickly Pear.

Amazing hosts/owners!!! The communication was second to none and things got taken care of very quickly when asked for. Very spacious home. Loved the layout that accommodated a large family to hangout and have quality time for the week that we were there. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

Clint and Jessica were great hosts and communicators. The house was beautiful and centrally located to a lot of fun restaurants and shops. The rooms were a great size. The owners provided plenty of fun amenities to enjoy and had plenty of towels for the pool and showers. We had such a fun trip here!

Perfect for families

We stayed here when we were in town for a family wedding. It was the perfect place. The common area was big enough for everyone and there were plenty of bathrooms and beds. The pool was perfect for the little kids. Communication with the hosts was spectacular. We couldn't of asked for an easier experience. Highly recommend!

High marks!

The home was spacious and still had a cozy feel. Great for my family celebrating my daughter’s graduation. It was really fun playing Spike ball on front lawn. Too cold to swim, but the hot tub was awesome. Definitely recommend this one!

4-Bedroom. 3-Bathroom was in quiet Neighborhood and close to everything in Lubbock. House was in great condition. You can tell owners take great pride in this home. My group of 7 friends from Alaska, Oregon & Arizona were very impressed with this place. 5-Star rating by everyone.

Niceties galore for the ‘67 Nags!

Renting online was a breeze. Correspondence with Clint and Jessica was so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house is in pristine condition. Perfection in all things!

My wife Jessica and I both love being outdoors and enjoy hiking and exploring the nearby Caprock Canyons and Palo Duro state parks. We also love spending our free time traveling to new cities! While traveling we prefer to stay away from hotels and are always looking for unique accommodations that enhance our experience of a place. In return we are excited to share our Prickly Pear home with others as well. We feel it is a special and unique place and hope you will enjoy it!
