Summary:

Majestic Park is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome in the family-friendly Majestic neighborhood, refreshed in 2021 and sleeping 10. Watch the sunset over Emerald Mountain from one of two covered balconies, walk out to the Yampa River Core Trail, and ride the free city bus to the ski base in about 10 minutes.



The Space:

The townhome spreads across three floors, with an open kitchen, living and dining area, a fireplace, and two covered balconies with sunset views over Emerald Mountain.

- Bedroom 1: King bed

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed

- Bedroom 4: Queen bed and bunk bed



Also: fire pit, BBQ grill, crib and high chair, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole townhome to yourselves. We'll send your front door code on the morning of check-in (Nest/Yale smart lock).



You have 2 reserved parking spots: 1 in the heated garage and 1 labeled UNIT 1/805 in front of the building. More guest spots are first come, first served. Please never park or unload in the shared alley, where you'll be fined.



The Neighborhood:

Majestic is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of full-time residents, backing onto a protected wetland along the Yampa River. Walk out to the Yampa River Core Trail, a flat, paved path that runs along the river all the way downtown, past parks, the botanic gardens and hot springs. The river is great for fishing, tubing and paddleboarding, and you'll often see sandhill cranes, eagles and otters. The grocery store and the ski area are about 5 minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

The free city bus stops at the entrance to the neighborhood ("Majestic Circle" stop), about 50 yards from the front door, and gets you to the ski base in about 10 minutes. Take the Orange line in winter and the Green line in summer; the RouteShout 2.0 app has schedules and live tracking. The bus also runs downtown and to the grocery stores.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please respect quiet hours (9 PM to 9 AM). A noise monitor on the property sends an alert if noise exceeds set levels during quiet hours.
