Located just 2 minutes from the Georgia National Fairgrounds and right off I-75, it's the perfect spot for families, event-goers, or travelers passing through. Bringing a trailer? No problem—the extra-wide 24ft driveway is long enough to accommodate both your vehicle and a livestock trailer with ease.

You are so close to everything when you stay here and it is perfect for everything going on at the Georgia National Fairgrounds- from pig shows, dog shows, cow shows and of course horse shows you are right by all the action to be able to take care of your animals without having to pay the high price of staying on the fairgrounds.

I was able to bring my dog, the fenced in backyard was incredible! The house was great everything was accurately described on the site. Cheryl was excellent at communicating as well. I'd definitely stay here in the future!

This house was perfect for our long weekend with my family of 5 and dogs. We were in town for a horse show at the fairgrounds and the proximity to the fairgrounds was perfect. The home itself is very small BuT plenty big for our needs. The host does a fantastic job making sure you have everything you need and the coffee is a bonus!Stay with complete confidence.

Great Stay!!

As soon as we walked in the door we all said wow! The clean smell hit us as soon as we walked in the door and the place was spotless. The pictures and description was spot on and the property was exactly two minutes from the fairgrounds. This place had a very comfortable and cozy vibe and the host was spectacular. We can’t wait to book this place again when we head back to Perry!

Great Stay!

We came from out of state for a wedding. This home was close to the venue and was wonderful for my husband and myself. The place was clean and advertised. The host was very responsive to any questions. We weren't traveling with our dogs, but the backyard space is large and the home is very pet friendly with leashes, bowls, and even a raised dog bed. Cracker Barrel and Waffle House are both a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Stay for Livestock Show at GA National Fairgrounds

This was the perfect property for us to stay at while our family showed at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. The property had snacks waiting for our hungry kids and had everything we needed for the week from toiletries to laundry detergent. I had to reach out to the property owner for something and the property owner responded in a timely manner and assisted us with our needs right away. I would recommend this property and this property management team.

Pet Friendly Getaway

I got this location for my parents and our dogs, as we were celebrating my little sister getting married at the Tryphena's Garden venue. My parents told me how clean it was, which was great because this was their first time not just staying in a hotel. Cheryl (Host) was very quick on communicating back when we had any questions. Most importantly, there was a very big, fenced in, back yard that our corgis loved! I highly recommended staying here if you too find yourself needing a pet friendly location near the gardens!

Cozy Home

This property was great. Renovated very well with nice decor and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook with all of the spices, pots, pans and utensils needed to cook, and a dishwasher. Nice dining area with plenty of seating. Large fenced in backyard was great for my dogs to run around. Rooms were great size and the beds were comfortable. There were TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Had a nice laundry room with modern washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. My family and I had just PCS'd to Robins AFB and needed a place to stay for a few day. This place was perfect! The property manager was very responsive and polite, and made sure we had a great stay.

Close to Fairgrounds

We were in town for an event at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. The location was perfect. Very clean house. Plenty of space for my husband and I. Close to a Cracker Barrel and a gas station. We really appreciate our small dog being welcome. Most places don’t allow animals. Our dog is a service animal and is like our child. Thank you for allowing our dog.
