Lake Marion Resort Community est situé à cinquante minutes des célèbres attractions d'Orlando dans un cadre naturel loin de la foule. Vous pourrez pêcher, faire du kayak ou du canoë sur le spectaculaire lac Marion. Le bord du lac est équipé d'une aire de pique-nique naturelle, avec beach-volley. Great place to stay

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was very clean and inviting. The only issue was that it was a little bit far from some of the things we wanted to do and the beds were a little bit uncomfortable. However, my family and I had a great time staying there.

Quick getaway

My son and I were scheduled to stay in Tampa right after Hurricane Milton. The property was damaged so we had to make a quick change. This place was the perfect fit for what we needed! Host was very accommodating and easy to work with! Easy access to the property. Accommodations were great. Three nice size bedrooms. Property is right by the pool. It is a drive to restaurants and big box stores but we were there to fish and relax. Plenty of lakes near this property.

Nice Place to Stay

This place was exactly what I desired for my family trip to Legoland. The place had a hot tub and multiple pools. The villa was nice, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, microwave dining room. Pretty much as described. It is in a gated community so the gate is a little of a hassle, but not terrible. It is a drive to either Disney or Legoland, but we did not mind the drive for the value we got. Would stay again.

Very welcoming and clean property. Loved how check in was easy, pool towels as well as bath towels/linen were provided. Kids had a great time and pool right behind villa was a plus.

1 Week "Staycation" with family

We enjoyed our stay at this VBRO. Our grandsons enjoyed lots of basketball and our daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pools. The main drawback was that it is located quite a distance from any main attractions, the Gulf, or the Ocean. Travel in Florida is very congested making it more time consuming than what we are used to living in a rural community. However, we would definitely return!

Great vacation house

House is equipped with everything your family needs for vacations. Pool is right behind the house, water was nice and hot. Host responded quickly when I texted her and was super nice. Will 100% recommend this house and would stay here again!!

Florida Vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay during our vacation. The communication with the owner as well as the property manager was very good and if i had questions they were answered promptly. The property was a bit far away from the main attractions but it was nice to get get back to peace and quiet at the end of the day. We had a great time and look forward to going back!

Vacation House

The house is cute and in a nice gated neighborhood. A dollar general is convenient down the street. There also is a Walmart not to far. The layout of the house is roomy and decorated well. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is softer beds.

Perfect location for Legoland and Disney

I love this quiet neighborhood for our Legoland vacations. This property offered everything we needed for the 6 days we spent there. The only recommendation for the owner is a much needed deep carpet cleaning throughout the house and new towels in all bathrooms. The communication with owner is very pleasant and efficient. If the above mentioned are fixed, I would gladly return to this location

secluded but great price

beds were not great & phone service was spotty but wifi was available. For the price it was extremely comfortable. Pools close very early, so kids did not get to use them much. Joyce and owner were both great. complex office helped us with printing on line tickets.

Charming home, pleasant stay

We were very happy with the accommodations. Charming home, Well furnished, clean and well kept. Small critiques would be the location shown on VRBO website is about 5 miles east of actual location. The community was very nice and well maintained. Location itself in more rural area less populated than some, and night driving may be tricky. Also low on toilet paper which traveler may not remember to pack. Overall, we were very pleased with the home and with our stay. The rate was very reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.

Short and sweet

My fiancé and I stayed at this property for 3 days. We almost spent no time here but the time that we did stay here was great. We were unable to take advantage of all the amenities that they offered like the pools and basketball hoops but it was great to have them available in case that we did need them. The owner responded to all of our messages and questions really fast. I thank them for giving us a comfortable place to stay during my visit to Florida for my cousin's wedding.

Just okay

Pros: The owner and property manager are easy to get in touch with. The set up of the condo is great and it is very well stocked (laundry detergent, coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc in addition to paper towels, toilet paper). The condo was clean. The smaller community pool is directly behind the condo. Cons: There was a pretty bad leak from the toilet in the guest bathroom that the owner informed us about right before we arrived. There was standing water in that bathroom so we couldn't use that bathroom at all. There were ants in the kitchen. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes before and after dinner but it didn't seem to help. Property manager offered to bait the ants while we were there, but I declined because we were only staying two nights and I have small children that put everything in their mouths. The bed in the master is insanely hard.

Bizarre Experience, limited amenities, too many 3rd party visits.

I am rating our stay at this location overall a 2 out of 5 stars. I will preface this review with that the overall property was decent and the owner was very responsive with concerns we had during our stay. However, our entire experience with this listing was less than satisfying for a multitude of reasons. 1. Listing states there is TV/wifi at the location. -we were notified 30 minutes prior to checking in after driving for 8 hours that the previous guests reported none of the TVs were functioning. 2. The wifi was reported to be working in the absence of the TVs. -we were also shocked to realize that the wifi had not only not functioned but was not even connected and seemed to be missing equipment 3. Multiple 3rd parties inside the location -after reporting the TVs we’re broken we were told the property manager would have them replaced -management replaced the TVs but altered the condo during her visit by cranking up the A/C to 78 and opened all the curtains causing the entire condo to be hot and relieving us of any privacy 4. No resolution to the wifi -we were asked to be located at the condo by the owner and Spectrum during our vacation so that the internet issue would be resolved -after stating I am on vacation I asked the management to have someone let the Spectrum representative in so they could attempt to resolve the internet issue, was told this could be arranged -not only did the management send someone to the condo he (the maintenance employee) and his wife (not an employee) let themselves in and made themselves comfortable on the couches and once again opened all the curtains causing the condo to heat up, when I asked the couple why they were inside before the Spectrum team arrived they stated that they were hot sitting in the truck waiting for their arrival 5. Limited resources at the condo, for a week stay -Upon arrival, my family and I quickly realized that there was a single roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms and a single trash bag was provided for a week stay at this condo, not a critical issue but it is an inconvenience to have to purchase extra supplies 6. Beds were in terrible condition and wildly outdated -master bedroom mattress was equivalent to sleeping in a rock hammock and caused myself and wife to have back pains everyday -Pull out couch bed frame was damaged and slanted downward, wildly uncomfortable -twin bed frames felt like they were going to fall apart

Good vacation home, need a few tweeks...

Let me start off by saying the owner is great with response times and answering questions from the time I inquired to the end of our stay! We had a little problem getting thru the gate initially, got in very late in the night; 1am, however after a quick message to the owner and call to her associate the problem was quickly resolved and we were inside. When we got to the home it was nice looking but complete darkness, so felt like we were walking into a dungeon going up to the door (a porch light upon arrival would help). In the morning we did our check around to see what we needed to buy for our stay and we discovered it wasn't much...paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper was in bathrooms,hand soap, dish soap, a couple dish washer tabs, and a few trash bags were already at our disposal (I was shocked because we have stayed at a many homes on vacation and most don't provide as much so we were thankful). Ample towels in bathrooms provided (quality of towels a different story but their were some). Bed linens in the master were awesome, and were CLEAN, we could smell the Tide in the sheets and blanket! As for the area, a bit too urban for us but felt safe enough. (When you need to show your receipt upon departure at Wal-Mart due to lots of theft its team too much for my taste). Those are the positives for this villa...now on to the negatives. Walls were very scuffed and dengy in need of retouching of paint, carpeting could use a thorough shampoo to remove all stuck in food and stains thruout the unit, there were ants upon arrival in the second bathroom, and all over the kitchen (kitchen was somewhat disgusting with grease all over the countertop from prior guest cooking, fridge had not really been cleaned, cabinets greasy with food stuck to knobs and doors etc.) We fixed the ant problem with buying a container of bleach, ant spray and a Clorox cleaner and cleaned the kitchen as it should have been before we arrived and never saw any more ants! Baseboards were so caked with dirt you can tell they never get wiped down. Would've been great to have a vacuum that was functional so renters can help maintain unit but the one there was broken. Sheets very worn in second bedroom with one bed (son couldn't use other bedroom; blown bulb in other bedroom). Towels didn't feel clean so we washed them all and rugs before use. So minor problems but functional and comfortable enough. If all these small issues are addressed this unit would go from good the great! Thankx
