Located less than a mile from shopping and restaurants, you will enjoy the feeling of being in a secluded cabin in the woods while also being close enough to fully enjoy the convenience of being in town. The 49 Pines Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the serene and beautiful Ponderosa Pines. Located near hiking, lakes and endless outdoor adventures!

This cabin sleeps 12 people comfortably. There is 1 dining table that expands to accommodate 12 guests around it. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs with enough serving dishes, cups, plates, and silverware for your entire family! There is a BBQ grill for use on the back patio accessible through the kitchen.

The cabin sits on a .25 acre lot, surrounded by over 49 Ponderosa pine trees
- 5 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queens, 2, adult twins, and 2 twin trundle beds)
- 3 bathrooms (three with showers, one with a shower/bathtub and the master has jacuzzi tub)
- 1st floor living room has an oversized, leather sofa with a 56” Smart television set above the electric fireplace.
- There are 5 Smart televisions throughout the cabin. Streaming services include Netflix. A few of the televisions may have additional free channels available.

- Fully stocked kitchen including a selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, bowls, etc, and enough plates, cups, and silverware for the entire family.
- Standard coffee maker, hot water dispenser for tea and a Keurig. There are plenty of k-cups to get you started.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms – master bedroom downstairs and the other 4 are upstairs
- Master Bedroom: King bed, wardrobe storage with hangers and shelves, USB chargers in nightstand lamps, 48” Smart television, and outside porch accessibility
- Upstairs Room 1 & Room 2: Queen bed, closet with hangers and shelves, luggage stand, dresser, nightstand with USB charging lamps, and 32” Smart television
- Upstairs Room 3: Two (2) Twin size, adult beds closet with hangers and shelves, luggage stand, dresser, nightstand with USB charging port attached to the side. Queen size air mattress located in closet.
- Upstairs Room 4: Perfect for families with multiple children. Two (2) twin-sized trundle beds which open for a total of four (4) beds. Closet with storage shelves and luggage stand.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and the front section of the garage. The back half of the garage is locked and not accessible to guest. There master closet is locked for owner's storage.

Other things to note
The firepit area is usable but under construction - be cautious when walking around as the ground may be unstable (loose rocks)
