Welcome to Country|Clean|Cozy a modern and pet friendly 3 bed, 3 bath ranch style home set in a peaceful country setting just minutes from all of Elizabethtown, Ft Knox, BluOval and Etown sports park. This single level retreat combines open, modern comfort with classic Kentucky charm | Perfect for families, couples, or travel workers seeking space, privacy, and convenience near I65 and the KY Bourbon Trail.

Step inside to find gleaming hardwood floors, a bright open concept living area, and cozy furnishings throughout. Unwind in the massaging chair, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or relax after a long day exploring Central Kentucky. The fully equipped Kitchen feature stainless appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker, everything you need for home cooked meals. Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced yard, cozy back deck with grill, gazebo, and fire pit, the perfect spot for outdoor dining or peaceful evenings under the stars.

Visited parts of the bourbon trail

Great place to stay! Loved the back porch and gazebo. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Convention stay over

A very cozy and well equipped place that had everything we needed. Extremely clean and weak manicured property. We will definitely put this place on our favourites within VRBO and recommend it highly to anyone who doesn’t mind the country, including the iconic real rooster wake up alarm We can’t say enough about this place. It is a must stay if you are in this area.

Furniture is comfortable. Very clean. Has the beginning of an exercise room. Nice deck and gazebo. Part of the backyard fence has loose around the gate. It had been raining with a few storms before we arrived, so the loose fence could have happened during that time. Not giving the owner a chance to fix it before we got there. Overall this will be the property we stay at when we visit our children in the Elizabethtown area.

Had some issues

Pros: Overall the home was clean and suited our needs for laundry, clean bathrooms and bedding, a garage, tv, Netflix etc. FYI: The 3rd bedrooms queen bed is extremely firm - Firm enough to mention in case anyone in your party has back, neck or shoulder issues. This can be good or bad I suppose depending on your preferences. The back yard is wide and open, with a large firepit our kids loved doing s'mores on. The kitchen was equipped well and was also clean. Cons: When first walking in we noticed there were interior cameras in the home. While I understand the reasoning for recording devices, they did make us uncomfortable for our privacy and our kids. They are technically not allowed on VRBO properties, so this was a concern. Upon arrival there was a trap that unfortunately had a rodent in it. The listing also advertised a hot tub which was not on property and that was originally a deciding factor for choosing this one, so that was disappointing. The host was apologetic about this and communicated swiftly and politely.

When we arrived, we had everything we needed to just fall in bed and sleep after a long trip. This beautiful home was well maintained, clean, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The property was very pet friendly. We appreciated the fully fenced in yard for our dog to walk around safely. We had more room for ourselves than needed but enjoyed the space. We didn’t use all of the amenities but it was nice they were available.

This home is beautiful, clean and very cozy. There is a gazebo in the back yard with a ceiling fan so we were able to enjoy it, even in the heat. We enjoyed using the massage chair and the exercise machine. The owners were kind and a pleasure to work with. We strongly recommend this home to others.

The property is very nice, spacious and clean. The furniture is comfortable and homey. We arrived early and the host was gracious enough to allow us to gain entry upon arrival. The host communicated with us well and was pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to someone looking to stay in the Elizabethtown/Fort Knox area.

Great house

This house was just outside of town which was perfect. We were in town for my son’s travel ball tournament and this house was about 13 minutes from the fields. We loved the massage chair, comfortable beds, elliptical, and the house decor. Great stay and highly recommend.

Comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood

This spacious house house had almost everything we needed for a 5-day stay. In the kitchen pots and pans were limited, though, and there was no blender. I had to do some work but there is no desk and the internet kept cutting out while I was on a Zoom call. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Large Home

Large home with plenty of room. Big kitchen and large living room area for a family to congregate. Rural property has a nice setting. The location was convenient for getting around to different areas.

Peaceful place

The drive up to the house made me think to myself, I chose the right home. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Check in was easy, space was perfect, kitchen is as pictured and they have a massaging chair which we all enjoyed. I liked that they had everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. I only cooked once and it was for breakfast but it was super helpful. The main bed was so nice I fell in the love with the two sink bathroom. The bed mattress was very confortable. They had a ton of extra comforters if needed and extra pillows in the closets. The back yard is facing with other home but there is a small pond. The first morning I was able to enjoy watching some geese that were in the water. They had several bird homes Around the fence in the back (thought that was cute). Overall super homey and peaceful home I will definitely be back to this home again.

Garden Paradise

The gardens were beautiful. Very nice gazebo in fenced in back yard. House was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host communicated well and the place was very peaceful for a family get together and place to stay. We loved it!!

Ideal home for Fort Knox event

House is roomy and cozy. Everything is clean, organized and tidy. Property feels tucked away, but restaurants are close. Easy access to Fort Knox for ROTC graduation. Special thanks to our host for allowing early check in! We will pass on the location to our VMI Family. Our stay was perfect.

Ft. Knox visit

We stayed 2 nights for our daughter's graduation from Ft. Knox. Good location, spacious and clean home. Location convenient to nearby Elizabethtown (Target, Wal-Mart.) Make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner. There was no toilet paper in one bathroom. The bed in the master is in need of replacement. It is so soft you can hardly turn over. However, for a 2 night stay this spot was more than adequate and we would use again.

We enjoyed our stay and asked for recommendations from the host who was very responsive. About 15 min from ft Knox and 5-10 from restaurants and shopping.

State Championship getaway

Check-in was super easy and communication was great with host. House was very clean and perfect for our 4 night stay. Location was perfect for us. Our swimming event was 6 minutes from the house so it made going back and forth so easy. Host was very accommodating to our needs.
