Bungalow by the Bay is a beautiful 1541 square-foot home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just 2 miles from the beach. The living room offers a new sectional couch, flatscreen television with cable and an electric fireplace for cozy nights in. In the updated kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, as well as everything you’ll need to make your own meals. In addition to pots, pans and cutlery, you’ll find a toaster oven, blender and coffee maker, as well as utensils for grilling on the gas grill. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table with seating for six with room for one or two more on the bench side. Moving to the bedrooms, you’ll find a king size bed in the primary as well as an updated full bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a third bedroom, a bunkbed with a twin on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. The second and third bedroom share a full bath, including a bathtub. Both bathrooms have hand held blowdryers, towels, and starter kits of shampoo, conditioner and soap. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced so whether you’re bringing your fur babies or human, there will be plenty of room for everyone to roam.
