Your primary bedroom features a King sized bed with a breathtaking view of the ocean and private extended balcony. This room also includes a work area. Your completely remodeled en suite spa bathroom includes a direct view of the ocean from your shower, spacious walk-in closet, double sink, natural stone countertops, Brizo fixtures and plush cotton luxury towels.

The second en suite bedroom features a king bed for guests, a bunk nook for teenagers or grandchildren (with galaxy wallpaper ceiling for stargazing!), and a large adjoining newly remodeled bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower that is also useful from the main living space. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and direct views of both Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

TWO dedicated parking spaces - one in the front of the building and the second in the covered garage right next to the lobby door. Tennis courts, grill, car wash and electric charger on property.

The newly remodeled chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line GE Cafe appliances (please note, the cooktop is induction) including a double drawer beverage refrigerator for overflow storage and cold drinks. The total rental amount is due upon booking the reservation. There is a 13% tax, one-time post-visit cleaning fee of $185.00 (cleaning services can be arranged as often as you’d like for an additional fee), and Beachplace application fee of $165.00.

PLEASE NOTE: RATES LISTED ON CALENDAR ARE MONTHLY RATES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY ANY BOOKING THAT BEGINS OR ENDS IN THE MIDDLE OF A CALENDAR MONTH.
