Also on the ground level is a brand-new game room, teasing and testing your competitive nature with a pool table, card table and complemented by a bar area, large-screen Smart TV and a convenient half-bath.

Four bedrooms occupy the lower level: a master king suite with a private bath; and two queen bedrooms that share a hallway bath with a bunk room featuring two sets of single bunks. All the bedrooms feature new beds and Roku Smart TVs. On the second level deck is a six-person hot tub, the ideal place to wind down each evening and search for shooting stars. The final bedroom, a master king suite with private bath, walk-in closet and private deck is located on the top level, as is the home’s great room. This airy and open space is perfect for keeping up with your favorite shows on the large-screen Smart TV, enjoying some down time after a day of island adventures and gathering your family for long and leisurely meals at the six-seat dining room table. Prep those meals in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, an eat-at breakfast counter and a slider out to a deck where a picnic table and gas grill awaits the BBQ master. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
