On the ground level, a cargo lift, gas grill, large outdoor shower and lighted fish-cleaning station adds the effortlessness of settling into vacation mode. Also on the ground level is a brand-new game room, teasing and testing your competitive nature with a pool table, card table and complemented by a bar area, large-screen Smart TV and a convenient half-bath.

Four bedrooms occupy the lower level: a master king suite with a private bath; and two queen bedrooms that share a hallway bath with a bunk room featuring two sets of single bunks. All the bedrooms feature new beds and Roku Smart TVs. On the second level deck is a six-person hot tub, the ideal place to wind down each evening and search for shooting stars. The final bedroom, a master king suite with private bath, walk-in closet and private deck is located on the top level, as is the home’s great room. This airy and open space is perfect for keeping up with your favorite shows on the large-screen Smart TV, enjoying some down time after a day of island adventures and gathering your family for long and leisurely meals at the six-seat dining room table. Prep those meals in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, an eat-at breakfast counter and a slider out to a deck where a picnic table and gas grill awaits the BBQ master. As for those sunsets, you’ll have a front row seat from the sound-facing deck as they put on a show each evening. That’s when you’ll revel in your decision to book SUNSET CELEBRATION.

New for 2023: This year brings exciting updates to the home. A game room with half bath, full fridge in the bar area, and a poker table and pool table, and a large Smart TV. The front deck will be redone with new furniture on them, and the lights will be replaced.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
