Hey there, Robert. I am pleased to hear that you had a wonderful time at The Jarratt House. I'm pleased you like modern amenities like the outdoor hot tub and whole-house air conditioning. It was a pleasure to have you and your partner as guests, and I'm glad I was able to resolve any little issues you may have had. Hey Joe, Thanks for coming to stay with us, and thank you for taking time to leave a review. Most of our guests are aware from the accurate listing description that there's no washer/dryer, the hot tub is meant for two people (as that's our occupancy) and that we provide one towel set per person (industry standard and disclosed in FAQ) I've never had a guest say we seemed to not care, but when we have guests in house that assume the whole kitchen needs to be recleaned from one pan that a guest must've put away without double checking, I know there's no way to win. Gratefuly the vast majority of our guests read carefully and are a joy to communicate with. I hope your next rental meets your expectations.
