Conveniently located just a short distance from Anna Maria Island and IMG Academy, this home is your perfect slice of paradise. Don't miss the chance to make it yours!

The first bedroom features a spacious king bed, the second offers a cozy queen bed, and the third is comfortably equipped with two twin beds. Each room includes ample closet and dresser storage, along with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Stay entertained with Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi, or challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong, mini golf, or corn hole. You'll also find a variety of board games and additional yard games to keep everyone engaged. After a day of exploring, unwind in the heated pool or enjoy the ample outdoor seating and yard games. With so many desirable amenities, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Book your stay today and experience the ultimate in vacation living.

The Cocktail Pool is 8 feet long and 4 feet deep at its max.

Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are several grocery stores nearby. Highchair and pack n’ play are also available onsite for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with many accessories, including but not limited to an air fryer, crockpot, George Foreman grill, digital Keurig, coffee maker, and toaster.

We do not subscribe to any cable TV service, but have smart TV’s that you can access your subscriptions. Free trials are suggested for use during your stay if you don’t currently have app or streaming accounts.

For your convenience, the renter shed is stocked with various beach amenities, including a beach cart, chairs, toys, an umbrella, and coolers. Additional outdoor games and pool noodles are also available for use, making your beach trips even more enjoyable!

The private pool is heated to 86 degrees, ensuring a comfortable swim during most weather conditions. However, please note that during unseasonably cold weather, the pool temperature may be cooler than desired. Keep in mind that this is a heated pool, not a hot tub, and it does not reach hot tub temperatures. During atypical colder weather, the pool typically heats to about 10 degrees above the outdoor temperature and isn’t to be compared with the performance of a hot tub. Unfortunately refunds cannot be offered based on weather temperatures that affect the pool heater’s ability to keep up to its normal 86 degrees.

I am local and readily available to answer all of your questions or provide recommendations! *Due to the hardscaping in the back yard and turf in the front yard, we do not allow pets. This is a preventative measure for their safety. In addition, there isn’t a place to designate in the yard for them to be able to use to ‘do their business’ due to the Florida friendly hardscaping and astroturf.

Had everything we needed

Easy check-in and responsive hosts. Very clean. The house had all essentials, as well as convenient items such as beach chairs and towels. The ping pong table and cocktail pool were the highlights, but there were plenty of other games that were available as well.

Wonderful

It was a great home away from home. Really quiet neighborhood so try not to be too noisey, but an overall wonderful experience. The host, Kim, was very kind and communicated very well with me. Close to alot of stores and not to far from the beach. This was my fisrt time satying in a home and not a hotel and I would definitely do it again.

Bradenton Bungaloo Super Great Stay!!!!

Very nice house cozy and well supplied with games and activities to be entertained with if needed. Beautiful backyard and comfortable for families. Wear shoes the shells were a little tuff on the feet. lol Located very close to the venue we were attending, made it easy to get around and close to shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely save this VRBO!!! Communication was easy and always quick response from Kim. Thanks again! Karen - Josh - Jade - and Baby Marley

Beyond expectations

This house was so perfect!! It's everything and more than what it states in the description. This house was so well stocked and perfect size for our two teens, and my girlfriends father. The hosts were so accommodating and immediately responded with the very few questions we had because the house and the hosts attention to detail left very little to question. Thanks again for such an amazing experience with our first vrbo and for making my family's experience so much more enjoyable. We'll be back!!

A little about us:

I am a special education teacher with 20 years in the field. On breaks from school my family and I have fallen in love with Florida! We vacation there as often as possible and we hope that you enjoy your stay in Florida as much as we do.

My other half, Brian is retired and is a golf and corn hole enthusiast! We love seeing the world and experiencing new adventures together ! Through the time we’ve spent traveling, we narrowed Bradenton, FL down as our ‘happy place!’

We love to travel, try new restaurants, splash around at the beach and just anything where we can make memories as that is our favorite thing to do!

Our Florida Journey:

We love it so much that my boyfriend and I decided to invest in a home there and would love to share our little piece of paradise with you! We hope you find as much joy and comfort in our home as we do, and that your family is able to make just as many memories as we have in Florida over the years. Both of us parents of two phenomenal kids each, we know how expensive traveling can be and how important it is to have so many amenities on an affordable price. Our goal is that you are able to enjoy our home, that you feel at home and that you love it as much as we do! Welcome, may your days be filled with blessing, fun and memories that will last a lifetime in our little piece of paradise!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When looking for a property, we were looking for things close in proximity to an airport so we could travel back-and-forth, close to town where we could find restaurants, local shops and stores, but also super close to the beach…that’s when we stumbled upon Bradenton, Florida. We immediately fell in love and just knew that was going to be our destinations spot. We searched for months to find something we could afford and yielded no results. We shifted some things around and did what we could and finally stumbled upon this place! It WAS definitely a diamond in the rough but we have worked so hard to make it a beautiful home for us and for you with new flooring, fresh paint, a brand new vinyl fenced in yard and so many activities to keep your family entertained, just to name a few things.

The home has updated electric, fresh paint inside and out, updated overhead ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms, brand new vinyl fencing, and a plethora of activities for indoors and out! It has three crisp, clean bedrooms, two baths, brand new nearly everything as far as décor and furniture, a bright and airy game room and is just so cozy! The front yard is turf for family play and the backyard has shelled hard scaling due to FL heat and is a tranquil space with plenty of room for activities and entertainment, all with open sight lines to the pool for your littles or to stay connected with friends and family no matter what activity everyone is partaking in! Come stay with us and find out for yourself just how relaxed and spoiled you can be!
