La literie supplĂ©mentaire pour cette villa comprend un canapĂ©-lit queen-size dans le salon et deux lits superposĂ©s dans le couloir, entre la chambre et le salon, qui sont idĂ©aux pour les petits enfants. Il y a un balcon situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon qui offre une belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an. Vous constaterez que Seaside Villa est situĂ©e Ă  l’extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de l’üle, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, Ă  une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. The use of combination locks is great to not have to keep up with keys. The location was the best thing about this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Hilton Head, it was me, my husband and our 3 children age 5, 2, and 1. We all had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. There was room for all of us to sleep and be together. The pool was great for my kiddos and the private walkway to beach was wonderful. Parking can get tricky, and there was a few things that the kitchen needed like scissors, and a few more pots and pans. The door to one of the main hall closets was taped shut but wouldn’t remain shut so we had to stick something in front of it to keep the door closed but that was no big deal. Overall the stay was great, the place was even better and we could’ve of been happier.

Incredible view! Awesome location!

This condo was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed the beach every day and relaxed on the Lanai in the evenings. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We ventured the island each and everyday. My kids enjoyed the beach at night looking for all kinds of wildlife and sea creatures. The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for our family beach vacation.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the porch as much as we’d like - because our neighbors were chain smokers...blowing right on to our porch.

Great location! Great ocean view! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Being able to check in 2 and 1/2 hr early was a real surprise! Wish that could happen every vacation. Only 1 issue... The couch was very uncomfortable.

It had a beautiful view to the beach. Overall it was a nice place. The bedroom did not stay cool and the A/C air did not reach in there. The bathroom door did not close from the inside. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space. Updated well.

Oceanfront - Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience. The property is oceanfront and steps away from the ocean. The unit is in need of a few updates nothing major but would be an easy fix: fridge rusted on the side and inside storage broke, screen for balcony broke and would not slide shut. Cleaning staff could do better. Dirt and dust was found under the couch and beds, bunk beds in the hall needed bedding cleaned. I found food and a popsicle stick on the top bunk comforter, so I used the provided sheets to replace the comforter.

Thought it might be too small, but it was all the room we really needed. Would recommend an update on refrigerator (rust on outside, but inside was very clean and useable,) stove (also very useable,) and keyless entry would be nice. Liked eating at the high top on the porch, but would have liked a couple of comfortable chairs for napping, but that's probably just me. Very clean and met our needs just fine. Would definitely rent again.

Seaside Villa #325

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is Terrific. #325 is one of a very few units that have oceanfront view, although it is a long way back from the beach. About 75-100 yards to the beach chairs. (Which are not included in your rental.) I don’t know about the other units, but #325 was a disappointment. Several Electrical outlets didn’t work, ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t work, bulbs burned out in bathroom, garbage disposal made a horrific noise. Light fixtures didn’t work in bedroom and living room. Appliances were old and worn. These were reported to management and the only correction was changing light bulbs in bathroom. Our stay was 9 days so there was time to make some repairs. Only one ancient elevator for large complex of 3 floors.
