Accès Internet!!!! Cette villa comprend une chambre séparée avec un lit queen-size, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon et un coin repas combinés. La literie supplémentaire pour cette villa comprend un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon et deux lits superposés dans le couloir, entre la chambre et le salon, qui sont idéaux pour les petits enfants. Il y a un balcon situé à côté du salon qui offre une belle vue sur l'océan. Vous constaterez que Seaside Villa est située à l’extrémité sud de l’île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. Seaside est une propriété en bord de mer qui est située à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Les installations comprennent une piscine sur place et un accès gratuit au club des joueurs pour l'utilisation de leur piscine intérieure chauffée ainsi que de leur centre de remise en forme.

Could use a little attention to furnishings (felt the couch had seen better days & little dirty). Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the porch as much as we’d like - because our neighbors were chain smokers...blowing right on to our porch.

Great location! Great ocean view! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Being able to check in 2 and 1/2 hr early was a real surprise! Wish that could happen every vacation. Only 1 issue... The couch was very uncomfortable.

We love waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony looking at the waves. The condo is small but just enough for the two of us. It is also stocked with everything you need.

It had a beautiful view to the beach. Overall it was a nice place. The bedroom did not stay cool and the A/C air did not reach in there. The bathroom door did not close from the inside. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space. Updated well.

Oceanfront - Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a good experience. The property is oceanfront and steps away from the ocean. The unit is in need of a few updates nothing major but would be an easy fix: fridge rusted on the side and inside storage broke, screen for balcony broke and would not slide shut. Cleaning staff could do better. Dirt and dust was found under the couch and beds, bunk beds in the hall needed bedding cleaned. I found food and a popsicle stick on the top bunk comforter, so I used the provided sheets to replace the comforter.

Thought it might be too small, but it was all the room we really needed. Would recommend an update on refrigerator (rust on outside, but inside was very clean and useable,) stove (also very useable,) and keyless entry would be nice. Liked eating at the high top on the porch, but would have liked a couple of comfortable chairs for napping, but that's probably just me. Very clean and met our needs just fine. Would definitely rent again.

Seaside Villa #325

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is Terrific. #325 is one of a very few units that have oceanfront view, although it is a long way back from the beach. About 75-100 yards to the beach chairs. (Which are not included in your rental.) I don’t know about the other units, but #325 was a disappointment. Several Electrical outlets didn’t work, ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t work, bulbs burned out in bathroom, garbage disposal made a horrific noise. Light fixtures didn’t work in bedroom and living room. Appliances were old and worn. These were reported to management and the only correction was changing light bulbs in bathroom. Our stay was 9 days so there was time to make some repairs. Only one ancient elevator for large complex of 3 floors.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in various units at Seaside Villas several times and are always pleased which their proximity to the beach and the great value that they provide. But this unit - it's all about the view!!! All of the units have a beach view, but most are kind of to the side. This unit directly faces the beach. Being on the top floor we could see above all the trees and vegetation directly to the water. The ocean breeze was so wonderful that we did not even use the air conditioning during the day, but just kept the sliding door open!The unit was well furnished and looked just like the pictures. Our ONLY complaint was that there were do directions for anything..... how to work the TV, AC etc. and no information on things to see and do in the area. I suspect there was supposed to be some info but maybe someone carted it off??
