Récemment rénové! Cet hôtel récemment rénové villa de chambre dispose d'une cuisine complète, salle de séjour combiné coin salle à manger et une chambre séparée avec un lit queen size et une salle de bains. Cet appareil dispose également d'un queen size canapé-lit dans la salle de séjour et une paire de lits superposés dans le couloir pour accueillir les petits enfants. Le balcon de la salle de séjour offre une vue directe sur l'océan. Chaque unité à Ocean Dunes dispose d'un service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la piscine et pique-nique en bord de mer "Nouveau". Quaint vacation spot

We spent a weekend here with our kids. We loved being right on the beach. The place could use quite a bit of updating and some new furniture.

Our visit to Hilton Head

The condo was really nice! The kitchen and supplies were adequate! The walk to the beach was really nice. Pool was good. This was a good location for restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! We'd come back!

Spring Break

My wife had her spring break so we wanted to take a relaxing trip to the beach. She recently had breast cancer and is recovering and needed the long relaxing walks on the beach. This location was perfect for us. The sand/beach was only 75 feet away. Everything was clean and convenient. Very happy with our stay.

Acceptable place

It is acceptable place to have a long weekend .. it was clean 8/10 .. ( depends on your standards ) .. air conditioning is in room units ( so loud ) and smells . Wifi was good , parking was secured and free . Location is amazing facing pool . And u can see the beach with limitation from the tree as ground level . Nice staff .

Small but nice.

Property is small with 1 bedroom bunk beds in the hallway and a old sofa sleeper. 1 bathroom makes things a little cramped for 4 or more. Older property could use some updates. No washer or dryer in the vila does have coin op laundry down the hall. Easy access to the beach and biking everywhere.

Great location but unit needs work.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at Ocean Dunes many many times and love the location and management. However, the unit we stayed in is in need of a new tub or shower and at the very least a new shower curtain. The overall cleanliness could have been better. Walls, floors and furnishings were dusty and the sofa was uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good experience overall with a couple of exceptions: 1) the internet did not work upon our arrival. We had to call the office a couple of times before a tech arrived-not a good introduction to our stay...2) please replace the shower plumbing! A person needs an engineering degree to figure out this outdated shower. A new microwave oven would also help.

We had a few minor issues and questions and they were taken care of quickly. Everyone was very friendly. This villa is small, we are a family of 3 and it felt a little small to us, but it was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We found a take out restaurant called The Sea Shack and it was fantastic, we highly recommend it. We booked a Dolphin Discoveries Tour and it was also fantastic.

Reviewer Comments: We liked the location but the unit had a musky smell, saw a couple bugs that I would call roaches they call them Palmetto bugs, cracked glass in cabinet, remote control battery cover was missing and shower curtain liner was nasty so we got a replacement, garbage disposal had a smell. Pool and grounds was nice

Thank you for your review. Thank you for making us aware of the smell. We will investigate that. As for the bugs, well, we live in the south and unfortunately there is no way to completely eradicate them. The units are sprayed monthly but when doors are open they sneek in. Replacing the remote.

Enjoyable Family Vacation

We enjoyed the week at the beach. Property was perfect for a small family such as ours with a queen sized bed and bunks for the kids. There were a few necessities absent that I feel should have been provided to better fit the needs of the occupants. There were no replacement trash bags, no salt/pepper, incorrect coffee filters for coffee maker, and no foil/cooking spray. These are a few things I would think should be included. Also there is a gap of nearly 1/2 an inch at the base of the main door. This gap provided an easy entryway for a pest that we had to remove during our stay. There was a musty smell in the bedroom area that would not dissipate over the stay even with a air freshener. The lock on the fence coming in from the beach is not user friendly and needs to be updated (we were not the only ones having issues with it). It was nice to see them laying sod near the picnic area of the condo in an area where the grass had died off. With a couple of improvements this could be an A+ property.

Pleasant Stay

Clean, compact one bedroom property in a nice area near Sea Pines. The rental unit had everything we needed and included access to nice community pool and barbeque areas. The unit is on the first floor so beach views were somewhat limited; but since the beach was a quick walk away that was a problem for us. We would rent again.

The unit was a slightly musty smelling, not enough to make us move, but slightly annoying, and thought we would have a better view of ocean since it was described as ocean front, but due to growth of vegetation hard to see much of the ocean. Kitchen and bathroom were nicely stocked. Property is in a terrific location, beautiful bike rides to the left and Coligny plaza close to the right. Nice wide beach. We really enjoyed riding up to Nectar and eating, food was terrific, very fresh. went for breakfast and dinner, both very good.

Don’t waste your money on this condo!

Reviewer Comments: The condo that I had booked through VRBO had not been cleaned when we arrived, so the local management company kindly told us they had another condo that was available at this location. This condo had a strong musty smell, the decor is dark and outdated, toilet tank takes a while to fill after flushing, odor of urine in bathroom as well, possibly old shower liner, parking was a challenge, had to wait 20 minutes one evening for someone to leave so I could get a parking spot, pool was not clean first day, second day was shut down completely. We ended up leaving a day early. The only positive was the bed was clean.
