The space
PINFISH is a fully loaded, 4-bedroom Carolina Beach house designed for groups who want more than just a place to sleep. With room for 10, two king primary suites, and outdoor living that rivals the inside, this is the beach house your group will talk about for years.
From the moment you walk in, you'll feel it — this place was built for guests, not just rented to them.

Inside the house
The open main floor connects a designer kitchen to a dining area that seats 10 (6 at the dining table, 4 at the kitchen island) and a living room anchored by a large sectional, built-in bookshelves, and a big-screen TV. Every room has hardwood floors, ceiling fans, curated coastal décor, and the kind of thoughtful detail that makes you feel at home from day one.
All 4 bedrooms are beautifully appointed with ceiling fans:

King primary suite (main floor) with walk-in closet and ensuite bath with dual sinks
King primary suite (2nd floor) with walk-out porch and full bath with double vessel sinks
Queen bedroom with Jack and Jill bath connecting to the 4th bedroom
Double queen bedroom — perfect for kids or the group members who want their own space

Every guest gets their own PINFISH robe. Beds are made when you arrive. Bath towels, beach towels, and beach bags are also included — you literally just bring your clothes.

Outside the house
This is where PINFISH really separates itself. You have:

A rope-hung swing bed on the front porch — the most fought-over seat in the house

The beach kit
On the first floor you'll find a large storage closet — the key is yours for the stay — stocked with everything your group needs for a perfect beach day, all included: Shibumi shade, beach wagons, beach chairs for everyone, beach bags, beach towels, boogie boards, and sporting equipment. Grab the wagon, load it up, and you're at the sand in under 10 minutes on foot.

Work from the beach
Need to stay connected? PINFISH has a dedicated workspace with a monitor, ergonomic chair, high-speed WiFi, and a Sonos speaker — so someone can hold down the laptop while everyone else holds down the porch swing.

The neighborhood
You're in a quiet residential neighborhood in Carolina Beach — walkable to almost everything:

Heather, Brian, and Barbara want PINFISH to feel like your home away from home — not a vacation rental. We check in with you during your stay, share our favorite local spots, and stock the house so you can focus on the people you came with.
