The host was always available and accommodating. The property was really nice and in the perfect location. The block party was 3 blocks to the left and the boardwalk was 3 blocks to the right. No car needed.

This property was clean, cute with a comfortable king size bed. It looked like the pictures which was nice. They even had a little gift basket for us. I couldnt find the key for entry and sent a message, I received a call right away to lead me to the spot where I could find it. Soemone even showed up to make sure we got in ok. I will definitely stay there again when going to the shore.

Property was well located with two blocks of the beach, nice to have off street parking and even an elevator to make getting our stuff up to the third floor a breeze.

Nice little getaway

Great little spot for a quick getaway to the beach for a family of four. Loved the location and easy convenience to beach, boardwalk, and shopping/restaurants. Jody was great to work with! Would rent again!

Great place!

The condo was a perfect location, close to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Easy check in and check out process. Only a small issue came up during the stay (vacuum broke) and the owner, Jody, was easy to get in touch with and replaced the vacuum very quickly. Great rental!

Great Getaway

My husband and I stayed here together for a few day trip to the beach. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We would definitely come back to this property.

Lovely place, would stay again!!

We loved our stay at this unit, it's so cute and the perfect location! The parking spot is very convenient and there is an elevator which was very helpful carrying our bags to/ from the car. Once we parked we didn't need to move the car since Asbury Ave and the boardwalk were within walking distance. The unit is spacious and perfect for a small family. We will definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

Condo was clean, updated, and fit our needs well. Stayed with my family of four. The pull out couch worked great for the kids and the bedroom was lovely for the adults. Kitchen, bathroom, and balcony were all equally nice. Location was perfect. Able to walk to all the main areas. The parking spot was also convenient to the building. Would definitely stay again!

Location is perfect!

This was our second time to OCNJ for a family vacation and this condo couldn't have been in a better location. One block to the boardwalk and two blocks from the main street shopping/restaurants. Condo was very clean. We weren't in the condo very much as the weather was perfect for our beach vaca! Only drawback was the smell of the hot water. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee/afternoon cocktail and people watching
