Une maison en rangée de deux chambres avec mezzanine, deux salles de bains sur plusieurs niveaux située dans le village de Loon Resort, de l’autre côté du Kancamagus, à l’arrivée du domaine skiable de Loon Mountain. Entrez dans le hall. A droite du hall d'entrée se trouvent une salle de bain complète et une chambre avec lit queen, télévision à écran plat et climatisation. Au niveau en dessous du hall d'entrée se trouve la suite parentale avec lit king size, TV / DVD et salle de bain privée. Également à ce niveau se trouve la buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse côte à côte. De plus, vous pouvez accéder au petit espace de cour arrière à partir de ce niveau. Le niveau au-dessus du hall d'entrée abrite la cuisine ainsi que le salon / salle à manger et l'accès au pont arrière. Profitez de la grande télévision à écran plat, de la climatisation et du foyer à gaz également à ce niveau. Le niveau le plus élevé de cette maison de ville offre un petit espace salon ainsi qu'un loft mansardé accessible par des marches en forme d'échelle.

Profitez du club de natation, de tennis et de remise en forme du Village avec deux piscines intérieures, deux piscines extérieures, quatre jacuzzis (un extérieur), un sauna, une salle d’entraînement et 12 courts de tennis pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et toute l’année pour occuper votre temps: shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d’attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tramway, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard, ski nordique, raquettes, randonnée pédestre, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

La piscine et le club de remise en forme peuvent ne pas être disponibles pendant de courtes périodes en raison d’un entretien mécanique ou physique. L'admission peut être refusée pour non-respect des règles du club.

The rental is located at the top of the property and that may be why it was so peaceful in mid July. We spent a day at Echo Lake and took the gondola to the top of Cannon Mountain. I can highly recommend a stay and would definitely book again myself.

Great location, ok accommodations

If you want to be in the mountains, central to lots of attractions and nature with all the creature comforts of home, then this is your place but be aware that the condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some updating. Also note that parking can be a challenge if the surrounding units are full since the overflow is parking is all the way back at the entrance to the resort area, quite a distance from the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay this year was very poor at the Village 21/2. The rental we stayed in needed a lot of repairs. The twin bed frames were not set up right for the bed box springs and one twin bed was missing hardware allowing the box/mattress to fall to the floor. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. The cushions kept falling off of both couches. The straps that hold the cushions in place were broken. The couches are sleep couches and when we went to pull these out we found food left in them and very dirty sheets. The bed pillows are in desperate need of updating. The air condition in the bedroom blew out freezing cold air. Temperature could not be controlled it was either off or on. This was the worst rental we have ever stayed in. My family and I have been coming here for the past 20 years and this is the first time we have left very disappointed.

Good place but...

Property was as advertised but a few things might make me look elsewhere next time. The bottom floor bedroom was musty. Might be fine in winter but in summer there was a strong musty smell and we actually had to change who was sleeping in which bed to accommodate on of my family members not being able to handle the smell. You did get used to it once in there for a while. Also, not a deal breaker but there was a bunch of paperwork I had to print out, sign and email back before we went. I guess this was instead of doing a checkin once getting there (there was just a lock box with a key). But just took a little more prep time before we went.

Ask about Air Conditioning and wifi, don't assume it's automatically included. We had wifi in the entire chalet and air conditioning in almost all the rooms, however not the master bedroom. It can be hot even in New Hampshire in the summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious and comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 young children. The back porch was calming with the sound of a brook behind it. The unit was in very good condition, although not new. The location was perfect, right off the main highway. Just a little something be aware of: There was a bit of a musty smell in the downstairs room. There is a dehumidifier and there is air conditioning in the upper part of the apartment, which cools the downstairs room when the door is open. These help with the smell, but if you have severe allergies, this may be a problem for you.

This was the first time renting a condo with air conditioning - what a treat b/c it was 90+ and humid during our stay! Had absolutely no problems. Only negative was the downstairs dehumidifier which, understandably, ran constantly and was a bit noisy. Would definitely rent this unit again!
