They help me to do some changes in my reservation by phone and, they were in contact with me all the time. Since my flight got canceled and I had to take another one, I arrived 12 hrs later than expected (midnight) but the personnel were very understanding and offered me to leave the keys in where I could find them. When I finally arrived, the apartment was clean and organized. I had everything that I needed there: drinking water, cutlery, bathing supplies, etc. There were no loud sounds at night and besides there is not a parking lot, there was plenty of space on the street that, fortunately, has also good shade. The checkout was easy and smooth. For my next time in Quintana Roo I will book here for sure.

The location was quiet but close to the beach and many great restaurants. The bikes were a real bonus and we used them a lot to explore and take a quick trip to the grocery store.
